I called Mickey (Miguel) in the afternoon and scheduled a tow for the next morning. My SUV was in a below ground garage, with low 7” clearance and other parked cars and columns impeding the way. Even though my car was locked in park, Miguel was able to get her hitched and expertly maneuvered out of a tight parking spot with great precision. He made sure my car was fully secure before towing it to its destination and even helped the mechanics at the shop move her into their parking lot. Miguel was also very good with communicating via phone and text about scheduling and payment options (cash, credit, zelle, debit). Very friendly and professional. Great service all around!

Got my keys locked in the car and called this place for help. Brilliant service, professional and straightforward, punctual and a very very nice guy. Plus it’s reasonable price, another towing company nearby quoted $190 for picking the lock and put me on hold for almost 30min just to figure out the price… can’t believe it. This guy understands that I was kinda in an emergency and arrived briefly. Very empathetic and nice working attitude! His smile even calmed me down a little bit. Unlocked my car under 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Miguel was the absolute greatest!!!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would! He was so helpful, very kind, and super quick with the job! Affordable/ Reasonable prices. 10/10 service 👏🏻
