This place did a great job fully repairing my damaged vehicle. HOWEVER it took 3 months to repair which is not normal in the slightest. My accident was 12/16 and I picked my car up from auto pro on 3/13. I understand unexpected things can come up in a repair but I received no updates unless I was the one who called. I wish they had better communication during the repairs. Jesse was very nice to offer me a free rental when I expressed my frustration with how long repairs were taking and they even waived my deductible when the car was finally ready to be picked up. If I were them I would just make sure to update their customers with any setbacks rather than just leaving them up to wondering if they're even repairing the car. They also misplaced my front and rear dashcam but they replaced it on their dime thankfully. Just felt it was odd to lose two cameras with lots of wiring but after 3 months I was tired and just glad they replaced it. I want to give more stars just purely off of the fact that the repairs went well and they fully detailed my car but the lack of communication during a 3 month repair on top of misplacing an expensive dashcam makes me just unable to.

if there was a 0 out of 5 , that's what i would give this place. I had the unfortunate experience and I am incredibly dissatisfied with the way I was treated. first off i was scammed by one of there tow drivers. they told me my insurance sent them when this wasn't true. i was in an accident in Azusa and the tow truck that works for them towed my vehicle all the way to LA. what are the odds. after they offered a rental not knowing if the claim was approved or not they made me pay out of pocket and then I was given an ultimatum: pay the inflated storage bill or continue accruing fees. I felt completely cornered and forced to pay. When asking for a manager Mike refused to provide me with a name or email. i even asked for a break down of the repairs so that maybe i could consider fixing it there instead of paying storage fees but he said he could only provide that AFTER i approved that amount of $6,500. how does that make sense when i don't have an est. of what's being fixed????? After a long frustrating back and forward with Mike and Ana, and me having to stand my ground we finally came to an agreement on a price to just my car out of there. I strongly advise anyone considering this body shop to STAY AWAY!!! I feel completely SCAMMED, and I will never return. It's sad that businesses like this take advantage of their customers in such a dishonest way. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be sharing this experience with others to make sure no one else falls victim to their unethical practices.

Had a nightmare experience with this center. They are SCAMMERS. All the negative reviews are true. I got into an accident, and suddenly a tow truck arrived. The guy kept telling me they will tow the car anywhere but would recommend the body shop close by, had his own car repaired there and would highly recommend. Then forcefully loaded the car onto the truck. Told me they will move the car onto the side but then drove it to the body shop. At the body shop, Ericka spoke as if doing us a favor and we kept telling her we will tow the car to another center and I am waiting for our tow truck. 30 mins from closing Ericka tells me that I didn’t tell her I was moving the car, and the car has to stay there tonight. AAA came before closing time but the employee falsely told AAA that I wasn’t there. They told so many lies just to get me to compound our car there. This scam is quite common in LA and they are definitely one of them.

THE BEST! After an accident you really just want the easiest process ever and MIKE @ Auto Pro Collision Center did just that for us. As soon as we contacted them they took care of everything for us and made sure our Vehicle was fixed so fast. The Customer service is 10/10 always answering calls and emails. Honestly he’s the Best and we are supper Happy with his work. Will be referring all our family and friends. Thanks Mike, Jeovany.

Don’t bring your car to this provider. They are run by horrible people that try to scam you and tell you that your car is totaled when it’s really fixable. They do this so they can sell your parts and get money off of your car. Bring your damaged car to other trustworthy service shops.
