I work outside NYC and go home in PA about 30 north of Scranton. Feb 5th around 5:30pm, dark and rainy. I hit a deer on RT1. My 2014 F150 was towed to Cuddebackville Service center which was 95 miles from home. I was going to have my body shop fix it due to logistics. However my insurance company said it was too far for them to transport and I would need to be there at the shop for AAA to transport my truck which wasn’t possible. So while I had nothing against Cuddlebackville Service, I was kind of stuck. All I can say is the quality of work was excellent! Dave the body shop manager was extremely pleasant to work with. He was friendly, kept in regular contact with me on repairs. Everything went smoothly. I can’t say enough about my positive experience. If they were closer, they’d have a customer for life.

Amazing service! I had my transmission replaced here on my 2014 Chevy 4500 Coachman Freelander. Everyone was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. They did the job in record time. As a full timer, this is very appreciated. I’d def recommend Cuddebackville Service Center!! Thanks everyone🙏

This is the place to go. Cuddebackville Automotive is excellent. John the owner is very cool and does extremely good work. He goes above and beyond. Just this weekend i had a problem with my 2001 Jeep XJ and even though he was closed he told me to come on by. He’s towed me on the weekends before and is always very fair on the price. These guys know what they’re doing. Highly recommend. Thanks!
