MR D came when he was supposed to, He found the problem with the refrigerator, there was a dead mouse in the bottom where the unit is. He was prepared with a part for the water heater which I asked him to check while he was here . Great communication no problems. I will call him again when I have trouble.

I want to say this has been one of the best repair experiences I have had up in the Catskills! Dwain is responsible, he speaks to you with respect and explains when needed. I had a much needed mobile repair for my camper and he followed up when needed and explained an ordered what was required for the Hot water heater repair. I highly recommend his services.

Super nice guy, fair price for good work. He replaced some equipment for me a couple years ago, and today he was quick to offer free advice by phone for testing and resolving a problem myself.

AMAZING. My Air conditioner was broken not working on the hottest days of the year so far, June 17 n 18, 90 degree days. I called Mr. D on Monday, he retuned my call quickly and he was here Tuesday night at 5:30 and fixed my air conditioner. (I left two text messages for Hudson Valley Rv and never received a return call or text )Mr D is the nicest most professional guy you will deal with. I believe the person who gave him a bad rating, the one star, should be considered just another one those people that you can’t make happy. If they were in heaven, they would complain The clouds are too soft. but I could tell you right now Mr. D is the man. I highly recommend him as does everyone in my Rv park If you don’t use him based on one bad review, You’re losing out. As long as this man’s around I won’t use anybody else. Great guy can’t say enough good about him. Thanks again D.

My AC stopped working, and we were heading out on a trip the following week. The RV repair person I normally use was booked up. I stumbled upon this repair person. He was so unbelievably nice and kind. He replaced my AC. We were able to take out the camper the following week as scheduled. When we get to our site, the inside of the RV is completely soaked. The what was water coming from the AC unit. I called him up and he had such an attitude and was so nasty. He is claiming that we hit some thing. And there’s marks on the AC which my husband saw prior to us leaving but we thought they were either shoe marks or grease marks. He came out today to reseal. The AC and I only did I spend $1700 on the AC $200 for the first service call and another $200. He is charging me today to reseal. He is so rude, so nasty. He is only in it for the money. I would never use him again or recommend him. If he does the job and you don’t need him after that he is perfectly great to use. If you have an issue afterwards, he is a nasty old man!!!! If I could give him zero stars I would
