Initial review for stage 1: Dealing with a car repair due to an uninsured motorist causing a car crash. Insurance gave Crash Champions as one of my options and they are open for 4 hours on a Saturday which has been a great service in itself. The initial drop off has been great with the staff accommodating a miscommunication in the scheduled appointment time. I didn’t have to wait! Looking forward to more excellent service and will do an update. Stage 2: Car was totaled so there was no repairs, but the staff was kind and walked me through the loss of my loved one.

I could not have been happier! I even got it back a day earlier. And they buffed out some scrapes on the other side of the car at no extra charge!! My car looked as good as the day that I picked it up 4 years ago from the dealership!!

Don’t waste your time here! I needed my radiator replaced and GEICO had me go here for the repair. When I dropped off the car, I was very specific and told them that they needed to replace my radiator and the radiator support beam. But when I got the quote, both of those items were nowhere to be found. When I called them about this, they said that they “didn’t see anything wrong with it.” But they instantly changed their tune when I told them that the radiator coolant was completely empty and that was THE WHOLE REASON WHY MY CAR WAS IN THEIR SHOP. Upon hearing this (which I had already relayed to the front desk woman when I dropped off my car half a week prior), they said they would have their mechanic come back and take a closer look…. So after finally getting them on board with the proper repairs, they apparently “replaced my radiator.” But clearly they didn’t do a good enough job because after 10 minutes of driving it off their lot, the SAME EXACT ERROR MESSAGE came up on my car that brought me to them in the first place. I had to turn right around and drop it back off. The issue was so bad that my car stalled on the side of the road - putting me in a very dangerous situation!! When I got back to the shop, I opened the hood and saw that ALL OF THE RADIATOR FLUID WAS ONCE AGAIN EMPTY. Meaning that the radiator is still broken (after being in their shop for 2 weeks). They are completely incompetent. Do not trust them.

I am satisfied with the work and the timing of the repairs. We were given the opportunity to retrieve the car two days prior to the estimated return date. The one gripe I have is that I was told that I would be contacted a few days prior on an update but did not receive a call until a few days later. When I called, I was bounced around for about a day and a half before finally getting someone on the phone. All in all, we are happy. Thank you.

Crash Champions Collision Repair was amazing! My car looks brand new and was completed a couple days before the estimated completion date. Hector and Karen were both very helpful and made sure I was informed about everything happening. I would highly recommend this place for your vehicle body work!
