Even though Crash Champion replied to my previous comment, stating that they were committed to addressing my concerns, the issue is still there. The latest feedback from Crash Champion is: "there's no way the company is going to pay $1000 for a piece that doesn't cost anywhere hear that amount even though we lost it. Yes, we apologize for losing that piece, but they also have to justify why we're ordering a $1000 piece for a part that only costs $50 " Actually, I don't care how much it costs for Crash Champion to get the model X trunk LED lid from Tesla, as I'm not able to buy it from market. However, this issue has been pending for more then 3 months... What should I say? ==================================================== I am very disappointed with the service at Crash Champion. My car was repaired in mid-August, but after I got home, I discovered that the LED light cover in the center of the trunk lid was missing. I am certain that this part was present when the car was being repaired. I went back to Crash Champion twice and asked the technician to look for the missing part. He assured me that he would order the part from Tesla and inform me once it arrived. However, it has been over two months, and I have received no updates from Crash Champion, despite making two visit in person and three follow-up calls to the front desk. With this level of service quality, I cannot recommend Crash Champion to others.

based on my experience with this shop..I give it a 5 star..I brought my vehicle in to replace the driver side window after it got vandalized. estimated it will take 4 days to order parts, install, etc..but it only took 2 days, really awesone, they did a good job replacing the window with OEM parts, they even gave my car a courtesy wash..sweet. staff are friendly and professional, they will explain to you all the things they will do and how the process works. their estimates are competitive compared to other shops, and it is close to my house...will recommend this place to anyone who needs body works on their car....

Everyone I encountered here - from Cindia at the front desk to Evelyn in the back to a sit-in employee on the weekend - had a bad attitude for no reason. Even the tow truck driver who had only encountered the staff briefly complained to me about them. You handle luxury vehicles worth tens of thousands of dollars every day - act like it. That's the bottom line.

I took my 2021 vehicle to Pan American Collision following a motor vehicle accident. I was rear ended on the freeway and the rear of my vehicle was damaged. Geico recommended that i take my vehicle to this shop and to my suprise, i received excellent customer service. From the moment I stepped in, (Joseph Gallegos) heard my concerns and assured me that my vehicle was in good hands. I highly recommend this place. The service was fast and the staff was very professional. All replacement parts fit into place and my vehicle looks excellent. One thing i suggest is double checking your vehicle before you leave to ensure that every part listed as replaced/repaired , was indeed replaced/repaired. 👍🏼
