Cousineau Auto Parts, Inc. Introduce

Located at 6702 Ryan St, Schofield, WI 54476, USA, Cousineau Auto Parts, Inc. operates within the sector often categorized as Auto Repair Stations, though its primary function appears to be the sale of auto parts, likely specializing in salvaged, used, or aftermarket components. This type of business typically serves both individual customers looking for replacement parts and professional repair shops. For direct communication, Cousineau Auto Parts, Inc. can be reached by phone at (715) 359-9419 or via mobile at +1 715-359-9419.

The environment of an auto parts store, particularly one that may deal with used or salvaged parts, often differs from a typical retail setting. One might expect a combination of a sales counter for customer interaction and a larger warehousing or salvage yard area where parts are stored. The organization of such a facility is critical for efficient retrieval of parts. While specific details about the cleanliness or customer amenities at this particular Schofield location are not provided, these types of establishments are primarily functional. The emphasis would be on the vast inventory and the ability to locate specific components. The overall ambiance is typically one of a working automotive parts facility, possibly with heavy machinery for moving vehicles or components. Given the nature of their business, safety protocols for staff handling parts are likely in place.

Cousineau Auto Parts, Inc. would primarily offer a wide range of automotive parts. Given the common practices of similar businesses, their inventory likely includes components for various makes and models of vehicles. These parts could range from engine and transmission components, body panels, lights, and interior parts to wheels and tires. While the customer reviews mention "a part" and a "tire," implying they stock general components, businesses like Cousineau Auto Parts often specialize in used or salvaged parts, offering a cost-effective alternative to new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or aftermarket parts. They may also provide services related to parts, such as:

  • Parts Sales: The direct sale of automotive components to individuals and businesses.
  • Parts Location/Sourcing: Assisting customers in finding specific, often hard-to-locate, parts from their inventory or through a network of other salvage yards.
  • Part Removal: For certain larger components, they might offer services to remove the part from a vehicle on-site.
  • Delivery/Shipping: As suggested by the reviews, they likely offer delivery or shipping services for parts, although the efficacy of this service is a point of contention in customer feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining a large and organized inventory of salvaged or used parts for various vehicles.

The "Auto Repair Stations" category umbrella suggests they facilitate vehicle repairs by providing the necessary components, even if they don't perform the repairs themselves. Their goods are essentially the very components needed for repairs and maintenance.

The features of Cousineau Auto Parts, Inc. should ideally revolve around their ability to provide a comprehensive selection of auto parts, potentially at competitive prices, especially if they focus on used components. The critical feature for any auto parts provider is the accuracy of their inventory and the efficiency of their parts retrieval and distribution system. For businesses dealing with used parts, the condition and quality assessment of these parts are also important features that build customer trust. However, the provided customer reviews highlight significant shortcomings in their operational features and customer service. One customer experienced a major logistical issue where they were directed to collect a part at an incorrect location (Appleton instead of Weston, which was closer) and faced unhelpful and rude staff when attempting to rectify the mistake. This points to a severe lack of organization in their inter-branch communication or inventory tracking. The same customer also had to wait an "extra hour and a half to Weston to wait another 30mins for them to take the tire off," suggesting inefficiency in their part preparation or customer service at the collection point. Another customer reported issues with "disorganized delivery system" and sales people making inaccurate promises about shipping dates, leaving them "stranded for days just to make a sale." These experiences indicate that despite potentially having the parts, their **customer experience, logistical coordination, and staff professionalism are significant drawbacks**. The rudeness of staff and the blame placed on customers for company errors are serious concerns.

Regarding promotional information, no explicit, time-bound promotional offers are provided in the data. For an auto parts store like Cousineau Auto Parts, Inc., common promotional strategies might include:

  • Competitive Pricing: Highlighting cost savings on used or aftermarket parts compared to new OEM components.
  • Extensive Inventory: Emphasizing the breadth and depth of their parts catalog for various makes and models.
  • Convenience of Sourcing: Promoting their ability to quickly locate and provide hard-to-find parts.
  • Online Inventory Search: If available, an online database for customers to search for parts.

However, the extremely negative customer reviews pose a significant challenge to any promotional efforts. Phrases like "Absolutely the worse parts experience I've ever experienced," "Do not suggest," and "This company is a joke and left me stranded for days just to make a sale" actively counteract any positive messaging. The customer reporting to the Better Business Bureau further indicates a severe dissatisfaction level. For local users in Schofield, WI, while the store may carry the desired parts, the documented issues with customer service, logistical competence, and communication transparency are substantial considerations. Potential customers are advised to exercise extreme caution, perhaps calling ahead to confirm part availability and pick-up details rigorously, and to be prepared for potential challenges in the service experience. The phone numbers provided, (715) 359-9419 or +1 715-359-9419, would be the primary contact points for any inquiries, but the customer feedback strongly suggests that communication may not always be smooth or helpful.

Cousineau Auto Parts, Inc. Customer Reviews

Absolutely the worse parts experience I've ever experienced. Ordered a part, paid f9r said part and told to get it in Appleton. Only to find out it's in westen (which is way closer to our home). Company had us drive all over and they didn't even try to make it right. Instead blamed us for the issue. So, Then we traveled the extra hour and a half to Westen to wait another 30mins for them to take the tire off. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau for sure. What a mess. I can't believe how rude they were. Do not suggest. I used to work in parts and I have never seen such incompetence.

Don't ever believe the shipping dates this company tells you. They have the most disorganized delivery system I have ever dealt with. I ordered my part on a Wednesday the sales guys said it my part was sitting on a shelf already pulled and it would be delivered Friday. Friday came and went, so did Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. The sales person was rude and told me if I needed it earlier to come pull it out myself. This company is a joke and left me stranded for days just to make a sale.

This place is a joke. Worst customer service possible. Don't buy anything from here if you expect to receive it. I order three things from here in the past month and they dropped the ball on all of them. It like they don't want to make any sales. Unbelievable
