"My Fiancé's truck has been there for over a week, and we paid for the services to be done exactly one week ago. They said they already had the parts for the job when we paid, and stated it was a 7 hour job. They don't call to give us updates. It's always us calling them, and they had the nerve to hang up on us today. Wouldn't be so pissed if there was some proper communication. Will update review if things change." Follow up; We picked up the truck today, but it was ready yesterday. They apologized and did additional services for no additional charge. While we were walking out the other day after getting an update on the vehicle, the owner stated she saw my review and tried to 'scold me' for lack there of a better word. The owner was rude towards me for posting this review on my fiancé's behalf since I was not there when he paid. She cut me off while I was speaking, stated I shouldn't do that (referring to writing bad reviews), and said I could flip her off if I wanted. This was not instigated and I did not yell at her. We have the right to freedom of speech and what I said was not slander. My Fiancé is just too nice and is as he says "terrible with words". He read and approved of this post prior to me posting it. To repeat this is on his behalf, I could have wrote it under his account for him but it's more truthful this way. Since they found other issues and did additional services I changed to 2 stars. Although due to our poor service, the owner's views against freedom of speech, and lack there of any paperwork/receipts; we won't be going here again.

Love it! Stephanie and the gang was amazing!!! I'm so glad that I didn't get ripped off like most women do when they have to handle all the vehicle stuff themselves. I hate getting taken advantage of and I never got that vibe here so I will definitely be coming back!!!

We dropped off one of our vehicles 8 days ago after they told us they would be able to get it in. My husband called at the end of last week and they said they’d get started on it. Days later, the vehicle has not moved and we have yet to receive any updates. Phone calls are going to voicemail.

Was wanting a more custom alignment because I was planning to auto cross my car in the near future, they helped me out and provided me with exactly what I wanted!! 10/10 would recommend! They also have some of the best prices for tire replacement and can stretch tires depending on your application. Overall very helpful and light hearted people, always willing to help!

i just wanna put this out there, me and a buddy of mine was working at Wooster's garage for awhile and Steph (the owner) was NOT paying us at all still hasn't and on top of that the techs in the shop aren't certified in anything automotive period i was the only technician at the time that had any sort of certifications Steph is NOT to be trusted at all i know how the shop works and i would NEVER bring my personal vehicle to this shop i DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BRING THEIR VEHICLES TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!
