Purchased an A.R.E. cap from this dealer, it took longer than told to come in , we didn't know it was in except for the fact we had to call and ask . When we made the appointment to install he called that day to cancel. When we finally got it installed he never squared up the cap so it wasn't lining up with the truck , also when we closed the tailgate the cap hit the tailgate and was rubbing paint off , he told us we wanted a tight fit ! Maybe true but we wanted to keep the paint on our truck concidering it was a brand new truck which he had no regard for personal property ! When we tried to explain what we had concerns with he got belligerent with us and told us that's just how it's made when we had issues with the install not the way it was made . Tried to call him the next day to ask about a defect in the cap he repeatedly hung up on me and would not answer any questions. This dealer is only out to make a fast buck with total disregard and disrespect to his customers and their vehicles. Would not do business with him again if I didn't have to. So to edit this review, we had to still go back to him to install pet screens we purchased and never received, to where he did not install correctly they are falling out of the window and he stripped the screws that hold the window in . We also had multiple leaks where water was coming into the bed ,he "FIXED " it twice now and there is more water than ever in the truck bed when it rains . A sales rep said we had to deal with him since he did the install he also said we are expecting too much from the product ...
