The staff here is awesome. Small town good guys. They helped me out when my truck started throwing a misfire code on the turnpike as I was passing through in a business trip. This was the nearest auto shop with an OBDII reader. The staff helped me trouble shoot and try to get me back on the road, right down to their closing time. Unfortunately, the truck dropped a lifter and had to be towed back to Michigan.

They almost always have the parts I need in stock. If they don't, they can get them quick. I just wish the online discount was available in the store when paying cash -- why does everyone want your credit card info? *(update May 2024) got a junk can of Tire slime. Instead of exchange the employee accused me of cross threading the nozzle. Got junk wiper blades. Put the one on, took it off and flipped it around to match the other side. It fell off going down the road. Won't stay on. Even with zip ties holding the cheap clamping mechanism down. Hoping they give me credit toward a better set. Again, it's nice they have things in stock. I'm still urked about the discount online but not in the store.

I went into the store on a Sunday morning needing to buy a battery and hoping to get the "free installation". There were 2 young men working. They were less than helpful. I purchased my battery. They did not help me carry it to my car. Refused to install. And then I had to "inconvenience" them for a jump because of my obvious dead battery. Very poor service. And a disappointment.
