LINDSAY'S MOBILE RV REPAIR LLC and snow removal

Do NOT trust this guys. He ran into my garage door about a month ago when plowing. He said he’d take care of it. The garage door company came out and said the part would take about a month. I called them to see if the parts was almost in and the company said they never ordered it because they couldn’t get ahold of Chad. I messaged Chad who said they never called him. If that’s true then fine. Their mistake. But he spent so much time making sure I knew he was a reliable independent contractor after this incident just to prove he wasn’t. I asked him to call the garage door company. He said he would by 3:30. So with everything that already happened I wanted to make sure everything that was said that was being done was being done. So an hour after the time he said he’d call by I text him to see if he called so I could follow up with the door company. He didn’t reply. So the next morning I text him again to see. Talk about bipolar. He freaked out saying it’s not his job and they can call him otherwise he’s going back to bed. I immediately have them call him and he didn’t answer their call. His excuse this time was that he was on the other line. He never called them back after that either. They are contacting me when he does. Basically I’ve learned that you just get the run around until he can get out of something. I wish I would have read the other reviews. I really didn’t even have to write this to show people how he is because if you read his responses to the other negative reviews you can see how unprofessional they are. I’ve never seen any reputable business speak to people like that. I guess he only gets good reviews when it’s a job that works out easy for him otherwise he will screw you over. So off to small claims court we go. Getting everything together to file tomorrow. And to think I shared his posts to get him work even after he hit my door out of kindness. Some people are just plain rude. You’d think you could check to see if someone did something they said they were going to do without them freaking out on you. That is part of owning a business. I even paid this guy more than he originally told me because the second time he gave me a higher number than he originally did. I sent him more and told him it was okay because he spent a lot of time on my driveway. Extremely disappointed and upset by how I was treated and by him.

If you are looking for any type of RV repair I would highly recommend Chad. I can't say enough about him five stars all the way. I am new to the camping world and call Chad. He is prompt. Took the time to explain everything to me. Extremely knowledgeable and got as underway. Even found a leak in a toilet which I would have never known only to come back to water damage. If you want service. Expertise. And honestly. Lindsay's mobile rv is the only way to go. Thanks for everything Chad.

Very professional tech and honest guy all the way around. I've read some of these reviews, disregard the few negative ones. I'm in the service industry as well and some folks you just can't help or make happy no matter what you do. I guarantee an honest and professional job from Chad. These negative people suck so they leave a bad review instead of a face to face discussion.

Chad was able to squeeze us in during his busiest season. We were able to get our camper awning replaced and we didn't miss any camping. I tried several other places before finding him. I was given time frames of weeks to months out, prices that were double his cost, and one guy even hung up on me when I told him I needed to double check the cost with my husband. Chad communicated via text which is perfect for me. He was up front with what he had available and what the cost would be. He kept in contact with me to ensure we were on the same page about things and notified me when he was on his way to us. He had the job finished up quickly and even took time to look at our AC unit and offer advice on it, something that was not part of the service call. He was very knowledgeable and we will be using him again. We have already given his number out to others that currently need stuff done and we would highly recommend him to anyone with a camper/RV.

This guy is very unprofessional told us that he would be here between 11 and noon had somebody sitting here waiting and then he turns around and messages me at 12 o’clock and tells me he’s running two hours late so I call him and then he turned around and says have somebody else do it because I’m not coming out there very unprofessional very rude. Would never recommend this guy to anybody Else

We were very impressed by Lindsay RV Mobile Repair. He came out to our RV campsite, about an hour away with no hesitation. He arrived within the time he told us. He was straight to business with our plumbing issue. He had the part already in hand and fixed it very quickly. He also looked at another issue we had and let us know what to do to solve it. Very easy. He was in constant communication by text, which we prefer. I would highly recommend them for an RV repair in the area.
