I would rate this a 2☆ but they didn't even address the shimmy in the rear-end as requested. Oh wait! They drove it only 5 minutes or 5 miles. Incomplete work brings negative ratings. UPDATE; DROPPED TO 1☆ Wish there was a big fat 0 available ☆. Learned from the tire center that upon the test drive that Coughlin claims they did, they would have learned that sensors were bad. One of which could have caused ending my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COUGHLIN COLLISION IN HEATH OHIO TO ANYONE. BE WARE! Michael. You seemed, at first to me very nice and sympathetic, but WOW! YOU'RE A GOOD ACTOR. STAY AWAY FROM YOUR BODY SHOP

I had to have work done and was very pleased with the work, the communication, the office staff were great as well. Even when a blind spot sensor was still showing a fault they were able to order the part and get my car back in to be fixed. The front office even helped to arrange a rental from the insurance company to complete the job.
