Absolutely unbelievable. I called Friday. Spoke to someone for a while. I bought tires a year and a half ago. My dealership told me I had an irreparable tire and then went on to tell me I actually need all new tires because they are done. Conrads told me he would order the replacement tire and they need to look at the rest. To bring it in Saturday or Monday. I come in Monday and the guy at the front ARGUED with me for quite some time that he had no idea what I was talking about and that I called the wrong place. He then went on to continue saying he was the ONLY person I could have spoken to and treated me like I was an absolute idiot. Gaslit me saying i spoke to an imaginary person. Went in the back for a while and MAGICALLY found the tire that was ordered for me. No apology. Nothing. Not to mention, I shouldn't need all new tires when I just bought them last summer. I will never be treated like this again and I will be going elsewhere. Do better. And maybe not treat people like they're stupid, when you were clearly very WRONG.

Unless you want them to scratch your rims up then lie about it. I would go to any other Conrad’s but this one. If you must use this one I’d recommend taking pictures before hand. Whoever did my tires obviously didn’t care about how well of a job they did. Filled out their online survey got a call to bring it back on Saturday. Steve the “manager” I use that term loosely cause he was a joke. Instantly got an attitude and denied that anyone scratched my rims, called me a liar and told me all the scratches were already there. Not even an apology or anything his exact words were “what do you expect us to do about it” took pictures and said he would email me back. Never happened. Anyone who works at this location is a joke and if you want overpriced tires done by people who don’t care, and if you don’t mind your car being in worse condition than when you brought it to them. This is the place for you! Otherwise avoid them when there are numerous other spots that actually care.

The store has very knowledgeable people working there and they care very much about the customers who come in there. They do their best to extend top shelf service and to help the customer get their issue(s) settled in a timely manner. 5 star service

Got 4 new tires on a car last night. Took two hours to get it done with the appointment. No big deal. Upon leaving I realized the wheel alignment wasn’t done correctly as the steering wheel was at the 11 o’clock position to go straight. Ok I guess even good shops make mistakes. Go back today and it took 30 minutes to even take the car back and another 20 minutes to finish the job that should have been done yesterday. What is the most annoying part of this? Not even a sorry, our bad. I seemed more like an inconvenience than a customer whose job was screwed up. A simple apology and priority repair could have saved my experience. Would I go back? Maybe but bjs might be the place to go next time.

I went in for an oil change about 8 months ago. I had an appointment, but they were overbooked, and the service was going to take at least 4 hours to complete as a result. Fine. Left the car and picked it up when they were finally done shortly before closing. I decided to change the oil myself this time because I didn't want to pay for their labor or deal with the inconvenience. Crawled under the car and tried to remove the plug to find that the technician who worked on it had torqued it way too much. I now get to deal with their incompetence a second time.
