Where to start. We had a truck in this shop several times, and they are never available to answer the phone. They went ahead with major teardown to try and diagnose a vibration. This was the last straw. We also had an issue with the service department never answering the phone. Multiple people in our company kept trying to get someone daily. We also had a truck getting fuel in the oil, and this shop said there was nothing wrong. WRONG! The next Mack shop we talked to said there was a notorious issue with a plug in the common rail. Guess what? That was the issue when the truck got to the other shop. I would advise finding another shop that is current on the service information for what they work on!
