I'm sure these guys are knowledgeable with transmissions... however I should have read the reviews prior. Absolute garbage customer service, no updates for weeks on the order only replied to an email after I opened a Paypal Case. Arrived after months, and I had already moved on and bought other parts. Read the reviews! Buy anywhere else but here.

I would have given 5 stars because it was sent quickly an i receive my package an item was there in NEW condition BUT the sensor I bought did not come with the O-RINg shown in picture and description. The bag the sensor came in was a bag ripped from another bag an items placed in there so either the o-ring fell out or was not placed in the package an it's not as simple to go in an match one up. So for that u get 3. But thx

Ordered some parts for a 200r4 build, after a few days I had to call to see why it hadn't shipped. I was told they were waiting for a part that was out of stock but had just came in. They expidited the shipping and everything arrived on time. Very happy with their communication and service. Have ordered from them again too, and everything was shipped and received fast.

After making alterations and installing their valve body nothing worked. Been trying to contact them for a month. Receptionist did answer one time and said we were on their call back list. I'm just done with this company and going to move on before I miss the race season. I do have to get a new case now after doing their alterations so I can use my other valve body again.

Deep down inside these are good people and a good company with high quality parts but the costumer service ruins the experience with this company.. both times I’ve order valve bodies I was lied to for almost 2 months with an excuse for everything. If you do order from ck do so atleast 3 month’s advance or you will be in a big fit like me waiting on parts pushing cars back months on end… ridiculous! I hope the customer service can come around.. it’s one thing waiting on parts but lying is not an option in my book, good part’s terrible service.. again order 3 months in advance or you will be in my situation.. cars not getting finished because of one part.
