Ciocca did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. My car was badly scuffed and had a broken window from a break-in. When it came out of the shop, it was perfectly repainted. Even though my car was towed to the wrong place (the Ciocca dealership), they quickly transferred it to the Collision Center with no additional charges. They promptly contacted me the next morning to start the repair process. Additionally, they noticed and fixed an issue with my steering wheel alignment that I wasn't aware of, greatly improving my driving experience. Highly recommend their services!

They fixed my car well but good luck trying to get customer service. They still have to fix a part of my car they needed to order and I have been calling them since January 2, 2025, leaving voicemails and emailing without a response. If I hadn’t bought my car at Ciocca Philly I would not use Ciocca Collision. The difference in customer service between Ciocca Philadelphia and Collision is night and day. They need a full make-over. I don’t care if you fix your cars well, if you don’t have a good relationship with customers you won’t have coming back.

I bought my Hyundai from Ciocca Dealership and a few months later, someone reared into it and we did not know where to turn since most of the shops did not even deal with cars of the year 2022 just yet. We called our Ciocca Dealership and they advised us to try their Ciocca Collision Center, which was right across the street from the Dealership. I tell you - this is the place to go or a rather one-stop shop for ANYTHING HYUNDAI! I mean - if you want to be treated and valued as a real human, a real customer - try Ciocca Collision Center! It has been a while since I felt like I am being listened to and cared for as much as these people do. They are super professional technically and personally. They really know how to work with people. I came there all frustrated and upset... and the way they treated me and my case was simply outstanding! Very friendly, easy to talk to. What really impressed me is their Collision Center Estimator (goes by the name Harold). He was simply professional in what he does and such a down-to-earth guy! He made sure we left the place having peace of mind and assured us we were in good hands. What is also good is that I signed up for notifications and now I know practically every day what is going on with my car. I mean, they inform you of progress all the way through! in a few days, I will pick up the car and will provide updates to my review based on what the outcome of the repair will be :) which I have a good feeling about! I mean, they promised that as they had the estimate listed - it is to return the vehicle back to the pre-loss condition and it will be as safe as it was prior to the collision. They also assured me that if I ever have any concerns - they have a lifetime guarantee for as long as I own the vehicle and I can contact them with my concerns so that they can address them. And honestly, I do trust Ciocca Collision Center! :) EDIT: 9/30/2022 The car was completed much faster than I anticipated (like, two weeks faster!) and today I was notified that the car was done! Wow! I picked it up and it simply looks just like new! AMAZING job!!! Just as they promised! As they promised to me - they returned the vehicle back to the pre-loss condition! I came to Ciocca after someone fell asleep at the wheel and destroyed the entire drivers side of my car, fender to fender. I am so pleased with the work that Tom, Steve, and their staff have done and am especially thankful for all of the questions they answered. I would definitely recommend Ciocca to friends and family.

First time ever going here and Randal hooked me up and helped me out with my car. Brought in my car and got a quick estimate, part had to be ordered and came in the same day. Scheduled me a couple days ahead with no issues. Went in and paid less than what the estimate was. They have great customer service here and would highly recommend doing business with them.
