Amazing service!! Matthew and Elijah were so attentive and helpful. My car was towed in to this dealership and the auto crew did an oil change and key fob recalibration for me.. went so far as to not only wash my car for me but ALSO fill up my gas tank. I’m absolutely thrilled with this service!

Subaru is always a great experience! The guys are pleasant and very considerate and always accommodating. I appreciate their professionalism and dedication to customers. They took great care of me and my car. They also have really good snacks lol. Definitely 10/10 all the time.

Had a great experience overall with Ciocca Subaru! Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable with getting my vehicle serviced. Great communication and a smooth experience. The dealership is in an awkward location but once you’re there they have an amazing free shuttle to take you home. Megan graciously arranged the shuttle to pick me up to bring me to the dealership when my car was ready. 10/10 service all altogether!

I haven't had a new car for a long time, i was pleasantly surprised by all the new.It's ways of doing car repair. I received a video from the technician, showing me what he had done and what happened. I felt the service Bay response. And the help everyone gave me when I got there.As a first time, service client was wonderful. I would highly recommend them, as I find them efficient, knowledgeable and polite.
