Don't know what happened to these guys. I've taken vehicles here for years, but quality has really been falling. Most recently, they kept my Jeep for 12 days for wheel bearings, and have been "waiting for parts" for six months. From the reviews, seems I'm not the only one. Already contacted Fred, resulting in another "waiting for parts" message from Kyler, but that was April. My last message in May was just ignored. It's August, now, so that seems to be their current best service, these days. Sorry to see a once-great service shop fall so far.

I know I have reviewed this dealer before, but they do deserve another round and hats off to their exceptional service team. 👏 I came in during a busy midday on 7/17 with a nail in my tire. Somehow they managed to get that fixed and patched before I could get all cozy in my chair in the waiting room. Probably 15 mins flat. Don't get me wrong, this is unusually fast for any service needed, but I do want to point out that they did this during their busiest time of day. Don't expect this to happen that quickly for you all the time: but, do expect them to do similar logistical things. If they can make great strides to make your day better and fix your vehicle faster, they will most certainly do that. Ryan as always, one of the best service techs in the industry. Thankfully he has a great group of peers at this location to help him take care of us customers better. I always am totally relaxed when needing to take my vehicle to this dealer as they have always exceeded my expectations. Every time! Hands down one of the finest dealers in the area. Remember when buying or leasing a vehicle that you need to have a dealer like this.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They have had my car for almost five months for a leaky sunroof. Any time I contact them, l get a generic response about how they don't have an estimate for the part delivery. How does it take multiple months for a sunroof seal to be delivered? I found the part myself on Mopar's website and it could be delivered to my house in three days. I don't buy it. Go literally anywhere else if you want to see your car again. Update 7/18: Still don't have my car back. Emailed the person that responded to my review over a week ago and haven't heard back. Wish I could say I was surprised.

Joseph Craddock was is incredible service advisor. My car was experiencing some critical issues and he was able to get me in to service sooner than any other dealership in town. Not to mention, Joseph was attentive, communicated well throughout the entire process by providing timely updates and overall made the experience as pleasurable as it could be considering the circumstances. The service building was very clean and all the other staff that I encountered were also very helpful. I had to haul two car seats from one car to another, and a gentleman in service ran to help me out. I am very impressed with my service at Suburban Jeep and would highly recommend them for others.
