They gave me an itemized estimate up front, allowed me to schedule a drop-off time beforehand, communicated with me throughout, and completed the work on time, slightly below the estimate.They also provided me a shuttle ride home on the day I dropped my truck off. Based upon my prior experience and this visit with them, their prices are very fair and their service is top-notch. I trust CBA and would recommend them without hesitation to any of my friends.

I received a quote for EVAP system repairs for my Honda CR-V. I understand shops add a surcharge, typically 40–60%, sometimes more on cheaper items, but every part on the estimate was marked up 100%, even the ones that already cost hundreds of dollars. For example, the vapor canister (same part number) is available for $635, but I was quoted $1,270.65. The same pattern applied to all parts on the list—and that’s before labor costs. These aren’t rare or difficult-to-source parts, and a CR-V is a very standard vehicle. Doubling the cost on already expensive parts feels egregious and unreasonable. If you’re looking for fair or transparent pricing, I’d recommend looking elsewhere
