Went to Gregg Young for 4 new tires and aliment. i made the appointment online 4 days prior to the apponitment. at first i was greeted and welcomed, and dropped off my truck with no issues. after 5 minutes i got a call asking if i had ordered tires to which i repiled no. i got told that since i did not order tires that they could not do the service, but that they have a warehouse full of tires but would not get there until 3p.m.( i dropped off the truck at 8:30 A.M.) i told them that i could not wait and the dealership all day for that and i am a single father that has to pick up my kids and that i would need a loaner car for the day. i got told that there is no loaner cars and that they are so busy and backed up that there is a waiting list just to get a loaner car. i understand most of the issues that happened but i felt disrepected and talked down to that it was my responiblity to order tires even tho the online portal showed my tires sizes and current brand of tires that i had. but this is not the first time having issues with gregg young this week. i went to get my oil changed and that was fine but they told for a year now that the oil cooler lines were leaking bad and needs changed even thought i did not see any oil spots in my garage i told them that lets get that appointment made. while intialing talking to them about it they said it would be a 2 hour process but when i went to the desk to make the appointment they changed there tune and told me that it would be a day long fix. i told them not an issues if i had a loaner car to which they told me that they dont have any and like i mentioned before they told me that there was a list and did not seem to care about my lack a trasport just seemed to want to get the appointment made to get the money. now a few days later during the tire debacle i asked about the oil cooler lines and they changed there tune again and now i would need to drop off my truck and they would possibly get to it in a day and a half. it was at that point i walked out and took my bussiness to the Firestone company. i had them double check the oil leak and was told that its not a major leak and bearly leaking at all. i feet that Gregg Young has a poor service center and if they are so busy that they should stop making appointments untill they get caught up, and stop acting like i work for the company and should know what i need to do.

Sixteen days. If that sounds like a reasonable turnaround time, then feel free to give this dealership your business. They may throw in a half-hearted offer to supply a surrogate vehicle, but I can assure you they will absolutely fail to follow through. Do not believe whatever estimate they give you upon inspection, because they will move that goalpost several times.

Very frustrated at the lack of honesty by this dealership. Sold us a used car with numerous issues and this was after it was “inspected.” Took it in for repair and now it broke down again! Service department was not friendly or helpful and had us wait 3 weeks for any updates.
