The job was completed, but the windshield sent for the sub-contractor to install was the wrong one. Another windshield was fortunately available, but it took 3-4 hours to complete the installation. When installing the the first, incorrect windshield, glue got on the interior fabric that caused it to discolor. Not a big deal for me. I was pleased that AutoGlass Solutions contacted my insurance company and arranged a tele-call to ensure all was OK. The agent was very helpful. Despite sending the wrong windshield, which didn't impact me one iota, and s*** happens, I was pleased with their service.
