Do not go to this car service dealer If you don’t understand at least little bit about your car. They will change parts that you don’t need to change just to take your money. They make me bring my car three times there changed parts that don’t needed to be change it and still charge me a lot of money and didn’t fix the problem which was easy fix by one other service, They are overpriced, ignorans and incompetent liars, This is one of the most baddest experience that I have in a serious car service dealer like Chevy.This place is a horrible place. Very very bad experience I’m telling you these are legal thieves.

I paid to have oil leaks repaired and $1900.00 laters its leaking again with in 3months the job is a disaster my car has been sitting there for 1yr on there property with this unresolved issued which they have totally neglected too repair properly. Beck Chevrolet 561 central park ave Yonkers...

I just get year and 1/2 with my batteries , suppose give me a New with no charge But charge me for Ripley and take more the 3h.🤬

It took the dealership 3 hours to diagnose my car and found nothing wrong with it. The day of my app my car went into Reduced Engine Power and the check engine line was on. I drove to the dealership and the check engine was still one but Reduced Engine Power had stopped. The gentleman at the dealership said he drove it with no issues. I believe they didn't check for the possibilities and left me waiting.
