I had to come to Mount Vernon from Columbus and had a problem on the way with the hood on my Subaru not being securely latched. I contacted the service dept. at Chevrolet Buick Service Center in Mount Vernon on Harcourt Road as soon as I got in town that evening and the gentleman said to come in the next morning and they would look at it. They checked it and found the latch to be stuck and they fixed it. I offered to pay for their service, but they would not accept anything. I am so very appreciative for what they did. It was a nice surprise to have someone be such a good samaritan. And I felt so relieved driving my car without worrying about the hood flying off. I want to thank them so much.

Had a satisfactory buying experience. My dissatisfaction comes from having multiple requests ignored after the deal was done. I live out of state and after making the deal over the phone flew to Columbus where they picked me up and took me to the dealership. Meet numerous people in sales and got all the paperwork processed with minimal hassle and was soon on my way home. This happened 5/31/2019. The vehicle I purchased was a 2018 with less than 2000 mi on it. I thought it would be valuable to have a copy of the window sticker for the vehicle shortly after returning home, a three day drive to Texas. During the following weeks I interacted with three individuals in the sales department who were involved in the transaction. I left one a voicemail which was never responded to. The second individual I emailed and after he ignored my email I called and spoke to him. He assured me that he would proved the requested window sticker. He did not. The third individual I spoke to by phone and received assurances that he would take care of my request. Now after 5 weeks have elapsed it is apparent to me that I have been written off by this establishment after spending over $60k with them. If this is the kind of of business you want to deal with be my guest and do so at your own peril.

Said it wasn't the battery it was electrical kept the car overnight. Called the next day. We went over this car so good . It's the battery. Total is $380.00. WTH ??? Don't put the battery on then how much ? $130.00 to tell me it's the battery . Go to pick up car because he said it was ready. Cashier says tech went to lunch and didn't put car back together so it's not ready . ???? Hello !!!! She didn't know what she was talking about . Guy named Ben came said he had to do the paper work on it then I could take it . Felt very taken advantage of . I'll drive to Delaware next time . Won't go back. I did voice my concerns when he called but fell on deaf ears .
