Integrity Auto & Truck Repair

I took my car in as it would not start. They jumped it and said there was no issue. I knew something was draining my main battery and the start/stop feature on the car wasn’t working. I asked if there could be an issue with the auxiliary battery and they assured me that wasn’t the issue. They suggested it was an issue with the push button start and to take it to dealership. Car ran ok for a while then same issue. I had someone else look at the car and what do you know that auxiliary battery was dead and indeed draining the main battery. Since these have been replaced car is running great. We’ve had a few of our cars here and for the most part the work was ok. But I’m a woman raised with a mechanic in the house so I’m not totally clueless and if they would have taken the time to do as I suggested would have saved me time, money and aggravation.

Brought truck in had it diagnosed for engine replacement under warranty. Jim had my truck over a month never got it in to replace engine. Company paid him for the job but I ended up picking truck and engine and installing myself . I'm sure this place would be fine but they didn't have alot of time or extra people to take on my job. Then the owner gave em all kinds grief . Wasn't the best experience but if u need a quick job done I'd say they can do it but bigger jobs I would find a different shop. Here's a comment for Jim I know ur going to make some disrespectful comment but take the comment and move on and better your company.

I love Integrity! What a great shop- everyone is helpful and efficient, and you get treated like family. I've been to other shops that tried to upsell me because I was a younger woman, and that has never happened here. Awesome business, and highly recommended!!

I've have over the years been to many auto repair shops and dealers repair shops, but hands down, Integrity Auto and Truck are the best up front and through mechanic shop that I have been to period! I would say I got lucky finding Jim and the crew, and I'm very thankful for that! Thank you, Jim, for your transparency on any issues that arise with my vehicles!

Jim was very reasonable and a good guy, very friendly, I needed a steering wheel coupler done on my car and it was anywhere from $170-200 and I asked him if we could stick with $170 and he was completely fine with it, he is reasonable with prices you won’t get any cheaper in mount vernon, and they had it done on the time they said they were going to have it done, if you’re looking for a shop and your own mechanic this place is the way to go I highly recommend it! Thank you Jim for being very reasonable
