Great experience! Sarah was friendly and courteous. Erica was kind enough to give me a ride to my home and then pick me up when my car was ready. My check engine light was on and Pete was able to fix it same day. I had my car serviced on Valentines Day and there was a special Valentines treat of candy in my car when I picked it up!!

I highly recommend the service team and office staff at Chesterland Auto Repair for their diligence and determination. They went above and beyond in diagnosing and repairing an unusual problem with my truck. They are skilled. professional and honest.

Although this is only my second time there (first time was when it was Don's) every staff member I interacted with made me feel like I was a long-time customer and definitely will be now! I have absolutely no complaints but nothing but praise for the front office staff to the text who worked on the vehicle. The biggest surprise and a great touch is the photos taken of the vehicle when diagnosing the problems that were sent to me!

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. I just stopped in there to see if they would do camper brakes and instead of politely saying no, they just kept laughing at me and saying no. No no no no no no no this is the rudest bunch of people! Donscars, it was such a great place and run by such lovely hard-working people and now it's been replaced by these jerks. Never again🤬
