Shop operated with small town neighborhood friendliness and honest pricing. Appointment suggested but if you act right they might be able to work you in or at least ths was my experience. Team worked together getting multiple jobs done at once and I was able to receive quality work done on correcting my wheel balancing problem. In from out of town and happened upon this small shop and I'm glad. Thanks guys!

I have purchased a couple sets of tires tires from Kolsom over the past 10 years. Doug and Mike in the shop are great, and the prices very completive. Today when I called to price tires I encountered the same woman on the phone that other reviewers mentioned, and my overall experience with her was sub par to say the least. I ended up just telling her to have a nice day and ended the conversation before receiving any prices. I'll go somewhere else and potentially pay more just to avoid interacting with her again. The only reason my review is 3 stars and not one is that the guys in the shop are awesome, and will take great care of you, but the office prob not so much.

I had given Kolsom a five star review a few years ago, which i just deleted.They have always offered great reliable service, great guys! Unfortunately, when I called for a quote today for four new tires, the lady answering the phone was so rude and nasty, I didn't get a quote and I won't be back.

I own a landscape company and was referred to come Kolsom years ago. They have never let us down. Family owned and friendly. They have in stock tire replacements for trailers and have fixed multiple flats on our lawnmowers. No matter how busy they are they always do there best to get us in and out.

I called to order tires, and the lady who answered was very rude and provided poor customer service. She kept sighing impatiently and snapping at me while I was giving her information about what I needed. I eventually gave up and hung up. I'm just going to order my company's tires from Convoy instead. I'm just disappointed really.
