Caliber Collision

My insurance company is how I ended up at Caliber but I was so pleased with my experience with them. From coordinating drop off, being kept informed for the duration of my repair, and the state of my car upon pickup- I have zero complaints. Their turn around time was impressive as well. Hoping I don’t need work on my car in the future but if I do I know where I’ll be going!

Highly recommend if need work done to your vehicle. From start to finish the service was exceptional and the staff knowledgeable. They kept us up to date on repairs, rental and work being done through the whole process and were open about what needed done and time frames. Went through insurance for repairs and the shop even helped with the rental, return and information pertaining to this as well. Very happy with our experience at Caliber Collision.

I would like to give a stunning 5 star review to Caliber collision for accessing my car with quality work and great timing. My car was hit while parked and the damages were noticeable. Caliber Collision got my car back to normal and even gave me a buff and interior clean they paint matched very well because my car color is different then most you couldn’t tell there was ever a scratch on it so thankful to Melissa and the team for there hard work !!!

I have needed to take my son's car for repairs multiple times. A couple of times because my son's car was broken into and once because of a fender bender. Each time the staff were very polite and helpful. The work done was awesome. Each time we picked up the car it looked like it was brand new. It's always unfortunate when you need to take your car to be repaired. However, the staff there make the whole process easy. I would highly recommend them.

I am a first time customer of Caliber Collision in Chesterland, Oh. All of my initial communications vie telephone were helpful and to the point. Progressive referred me to this shop after I had a less than successful outcome with another unrelated shop. When I arrived at Caliber with my Suburban I entered their office to find a staff of three happy women running the show. I was handed off to Melissa. Melissa immediately took charge and we went out to the parking lot to review the damage. To my chagrin, Melissa informed me that all of the replacement parts would be new OEM. I was very happy with that! The vehicle went into production almost immediately and was completed and ready for pickup just one week later. Everything went perfectly and my Suburban looked great. Paint job was excellent. Workmanship was excellent. Progressive obviously is aligned me with this bodyshop for a reason! I can easily recommend this shop to anyone. Caliber was an amazing place to get my car fixed after a recent fender bender. Not only did they do amazing at fixing the car, they communicated all along the process and took care of everything. The staff were amazing, friendly, outgoing and more than helpful.

There was a lovely group of people there who took the time to explain all the necessary repairs. Melissa was beyond helpful and patient in working out the insurance with me and my dad. As a young woman , going to car shops can be intimidating and sometimes they try to take advantage of you; however, that was not the case at caliber and I would certainly take my car back there in the future.

I have an older car that ended up being very difficult to find body panels. Missy and the Caliber team did a great job searching and offering options and ultimately did a perfect job on the repairs. Highly recommended shop!

Hello I wanted to share my experience with Caliber located in Chesterland. My vehicle was there for extensive repairs due to a driver that rear-ended me. While they had my vehicle, they were very pleasant and kept me in the loop every step of the process. However, my issues did not arise until after I received my truck back. Two days after I received my truck, I was pulled over because my high mount brake light was not working The police officer showed me where there was a bunch of water in the lens at this time It did not rain however caliber collision did wash my car before returning it. So I contacted them about what was found. They asked me to bring the truck to them. So I did the following Thursday which is the time I told to bring the truck in once I arrived and stated my purpose of being there I was instantly met with that lens had to be like that before you came here Because we put all your old parts back on the new tailgate. I informed them that that could not be a completely true statement due to the fact that my license plate bulbs were LED and the current bulbs that were in the tailgate hatch for my Tahoe were incandescent however, it was not a big deal because I could just replace the LED bulbs myself. I also informed them that The cops verified all brake lights were operable when they were at the scene of the accident Which is also stated in the police report .At that time, the person who was working with me while the car was being repaired, went out to the vehicle and looked at the light and noted that there was a hump on the top of the light Which was allowing water to come in I’ve been in the automotive industry, actively 10+ years and informed them that the only way the hump would be there is if it wasn’t installed properly. The representative agreed and then took some pictures and said that they would reach out to progressive to see if progressive would cover the fix (Which I don’t know why progressive would have to pay for Improper installation of a part) I told them OK that’s fine. I would be looking forward to their call. Fast-forward a month later I still did not receive a call so I called them. They informed me that progressive refused to cover the part and at this time I needed to contact progressive To try to have them cover the part. When I contacted progressive, they informed me that nobody has reached out to them regarding this part and that because they are an in network Repair facility this shouldn’t have been an issue. Being in the customer service business myself I did not like the way I was handled mess ups happen all the time and I will not trash or throw anyone under the bus due to a simple mess up, however where the issue lies is when your mess up becomes my issue and cost me money out of my own pocket. The part is not expensive and for me its not about the money and more about the principal and level of service that was completely night day from when the car was being serviced vs after service which is what im upset about. I see customers everyday at shop that need body and always make recommendations for body shops to get work done. At this time i am not confident in recommending your body shops at this time.

They were amazing my car looks as good as new seriously !!!! It’s as if nothing ever happened!! I was shocked by how good my car looked after they worked on it. I thank God/ Jesus for Caliber Collision!!
