I was given a few body shop places by my insurance company and I choose Chase Automotive because of the online reviews and how close it was to my home. I was greeted with a friendly big smile. Mike explained the entire process of how my car was going to be repaired and was very honest on how long it could take. I appreciated the top notch customer service from beginning to end. The icing on the cake was when when we went to pick up our jeep it had been washed and detailed. My jeep looked brand new. I will be a forever customer.

Avoid! Shoddy work, rush job. Your car will look good at first, but you'll soon realized parts are not as promised, NOT OEM original manufacturer , despite approval by GEICO and paid for by GEICO. I will be filing a complaint with insurance about Shane and Chase of deceptive practices. Pain job was terrible with over spray and color doesn't match when sun directly hits it.

I visited this auto shop per recommendation of my insurance geico when I needed my car fix for a small accident. They not only took over one month to fix my car but the wheel they “fixed” completely came off!!! I was driving with my grandson and daughter almost causing a wreck. Steer clear!

A top quality shop with excellent customer service! What a gem! Shane and Mike turned what was a stressful situation (being without a car), to a reasonable, fluid, and ease-going experience. From the outset of the repair process, I was always guaranteed that they would be doing their best to repair to as high of quality as possible. But nothing could have prepared me for the actual finished work and how impeccably done and precise they were. I knew I was in good hands when Mike kept me inform on how things were progressing from the start. He made me feel at ease about the whole thing. Then on the pick-up day, Shane and the staff delivered a exterior-ally beautiful, clean, detailed, car. I am very grateful to meet such a great team!
