Today sadly we learned just how crooked this dealership and their service department is. I start by saying I DO NOT SUGGEST PATRONIZING OR HAVING YOUR MONEY/PROPERTY STOLEN FROM THIS SCAM FACADE OF A DEALERSHIP. For some background my dad's vehicle was brought in not once,not twice but now over three times for a fob issue. It was brought in on 3/2024 , 11/11/2024 for service on 11/24/2024 and again 12/20/2024 . The day after the last visit (12/20/2024) the same issue recurred again . This resulted in my father & I returning the vehicle for service on 12/30/2024. We picked up the vehicle 12/31/2024 with expectation to return 1/2/2024 as discussed with John. I noticed right away a key was missing and pulled into the restaurant lott right next door to Bical Auto Mall . Only one key was left in the cupholder where both keys were left . We brought the vehicle with two keys inside in the passenger side cupholder. As per the same issue initially back in March we were always told to bring BOTH keys. I immediately returned after calling my dad. I also recorded the interaction with the gentleman who brought the car back with one key . They in turn walked up with Ramel who also alleged he wasn't sure and asked if he could he check the vehicle. I was on the phone with my dad the entire time this was transpiring. My father has spent a lot of money on this one issue alone among other repeated concerns, the least that could of been done was a free replacement of a key that you all lost. Today 1/2/2025 my dad and I brought the vehicle back only to be told " they still couldn't find the key and could not confirm or deny it was lost. " Awkwardly enough seconds later staff members were heard arguing about a key missing. We even have a time documented where the dealership picked up a key from our residence as they left someone else's key in our car. Pretty unprofessional. Ramel also doesnt like it when you draw attention to his smirks , lack of accountability and lack of care. Ramel also stated I didn't have to do all that I was doing , meaning recording but at this point yes we absolutely could. The dealership did not offer to replace it and therefore my father opted to leave. This is now becoming a court issue . While I did say see you in court and Ramel replied , he must not understand he wouldn't even be present for that as you are not the lawyers and companies tend not to bring knives to a gunfight . However Mr. Ramel Parker,you will be held accountable and no this isn't no Karen type stuff . What's right is right and you all have not been professional or honest. We got the receipts! It seems Bical likes to take money but not do service. Upon speaking with John the manager it is even more clear why and how staff conducts themselves incompetently and dishonestly. He essentially doubled down on the lie and offered no solution or assistance , only this statement " well I can't confirm or deny if it was there." John's excuse was ultimately "we never even looked at your car" yet we called that same day and were told they believed it was a software issue. I spoke to John the next morning (12/31/2024) and received a call from Ramel Parker himself a few hours later . Ramel then stated the car would need to be kept. I made him aware that I had already spoken with John and perhaps they did not communicate effectively. How can anyone leave their vehicle with a dealership you cannot trust with being honest and not misplacing keys? Honestly , they aren't even in the same page as one another. Guess they don't learn until they are forced to and their pockets are threatened.

For what I needed in a pinch? Yes. Will I be returning if I don't have to? No. The person who handled my service was not able to communicate the services being rendered in different ways. When I asked a question, they just repeated the same information verbatim. Not answering my question. They didn't seem to be knowledgeable of the details of the services being offered and explain those details to the client. It was a "take it or leave it" type of sales tactic. I wasn't the only person this happened to either. There was another gentleman who was receiving services. When the rep came to talk to him, the rep said that the mechanic said he needed something, and after the same repeat repeat without actually answering the customers question, I had to step in. They were trying to upsell the customer with a "recommendation" masking it as a requirement. Definitely was not expecting to spend over $1k in services. My sales rep failed to communicate to me that there is a warranty on parts and labor. That should be mandated to disclose to the clients. The cashier was the one who told me only after I remembered to ask. When I went to use the GMC Rewards while I was checking out, the website was down. On a weekday. At 1:00 PM. So I wasn't able to get points. Flys 🪰 🪰 🪰 everywhere. Restroom was clean. Waiting area comfortable. Drive up area welcoming. As I was receiving my car keys from the tech, they asked for a tip! Sir, ask for a raise if they aren't paying you enough because I sure am paying them an exorbitant amount for these services rendered. One of services allegedly rendered was a HVAC clean out. As per the description of the service in the pamphlet, my car air system is supposed to come back to me smelling with a fresh scent. I did not receive proper service. It still smells bad. I'm so over it. When the services rep called me to close out my account, they just handed me the paper and expected me to sign. I had to go through the list myself. They seemed shocked I was checking. They didn't go over it and say we did this this this, any questions... blah blah blah. It was just here ya go, pay at the cashier.

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Since Peter & Gabriel left it’s been nothing but attitude Everytime I call. I TOOK MY CAR IN TWO MONTHS AGO- still don’t have it back. I have called for updates and not only has nothing been done but Larry is beyond rude (hasn’t refunded calls, doesn’t follow up, terrible CS) and not apologetic at all. Needless to say I will NEVER one there again after being a long time customer. I have over 1 million followers on 3 social media platforms ( most local); I will be posting dates, names, as well as my whole experience and tagging this place to warm everyone. I have been driving for over 23 years and NEVER had this experience ANYWHERE else with any of the 18 vehicles I have owned or leased. WORST.

Very easy to get schedules. Customer's service is excellent. Ernest's friendly personality makes the customers feel at home. He explained thoroughly what they will do. Furthermore, he explained clearly what are the services to be done on my next visit. Kudos to Ernest!

This is the second time I’ve been to Bill Cal Chevrolet in the last six months, and I have to say John the service manager is so knowledgeable, tells me everything I need and what’s best for my 2016 Chevy Silverado.. every time I’m there. I have a great experience.. and the staff is very friendly and they Keep my truck very clean..and when I pick it up,they explained to me what they did. I will definitely go back and recommend this place time after time.

Worst caddilac dealer experience ever had! My car was there for almost 2 weeks. The first week the car was just sitting waiting for it to be looked at. If you want a little attitude just call and try to get an update on your car and you'll get it Really unprofessional customer service Won't be going back to this dealership anytime soon. Hopefully they get a new manager to take this under control Finally got my car back today and brakes are still squeaking :(
