I come here for my car issues from inspection to break issues, when I present my car, They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and had it fixed in no time. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair. While the service was exceptional, I would suggest improving communication throughout the repair process. A bit more information on the progress and estimated time would be helpful." They are very fairly priced as well! I will come back again.

The service is here is probably the worst in the whole NYC. Went to get an oil change for my car. Not only did they put the wrong oil they broke the lid and cover as well as completely messed up my oil pan and now as a result of this I incurred thousands of dollars in damages. Wish it was possible to report them or bring a lawsuit. Be careful bringing your vehicle to this shop. You very well might end up regretting it.

Go to Mike and Joel instead. Very disappointed. Paid for a fully synthetic oil change which comes with a free car wash. Was told the guy who washes cars isn’t there. They seem so careless.

Wanted to come in for an inspection, the guy tried to scam me claiming he has to change the oil since the the law requires the oil level to be at 25%, which is BS and my check engine light didn't go off yet. I was telling the guy I don't want an oil change and he very rudely tells me "OK, goodbye", and walks away. Unless you want to get scammed and deal with rude customer service, don't come here.
