Century Motors Introduce

Century Motors, situated at 3101 S 61st St, Philadelphia, PA 19153, USA, positions itself as an auto parts supplier within the "Auto Repair Stations" category. This business primarily offers automotive components for sale, catering to individuals and repair shops in need of various car parts. Operating hours are generally Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM, with Sundays closed.

Regarding the environment of Century Motors, the available customer feedback paints a mixed picture. While a physical visit would provide the most comprehensive understanding, the online reviews suggest that customer interactions can be challenging. Some customers have reported experiences characterized by a lack of clarity in communication and a perceived absence of customer focus. One review describes an individual as "arrogant" and mentions issues with pricing and the condition of parts, suggesting a transactional environment that may not always prioritize customer satisfaction or detailed assistance. Another review indicates difficulties in obtaining information over the phone, with customers being prompted to visit the location in person, which some found to be a waste of time. This suggests an environment where direct, in-person interaction might be the preferred mode of business, though it may not always translate into a smooth or positive experience for all patrons. The reviews do not provide information about the cleanliness, organization, or specific amenities of the physical location, focusing instead on aspects of customer service and pricing transparency.

As an "Auto Repair Station" in the context of providing goods for sale, Century Motors' primary service is the provision of automotive parts. While the exact inventory is not fully detailed, the reviews indicate a focus on components that customers might seek for repairs or replacements. One specific mention in the reviews pertains to "catalytic convertors," suggesting that the store may stock or specialize in a range of vehicle components. It is implied that customers typically inquire about parts over the phone or by visiting the location directly. The business model appears to be centered on selling parts rather than providing repair services, as the comments revolve around the availability, pricing, and condition of components. Therefore, the core service involves the sourcing and selling of various auto parts to meet the demands of vehicle owners and repair professionals.

The features of Century Motors, based on the provided information, are predominantly related to its role as a supplier of auto parts. However, the customer feedback highlights some concerning aspects of their business practices. One review describes a situation where a customer was allegedly offered a broken part at the same price as an unbroken one elsewhere, and then faced a significant price increase if they left and returned. This indicates a potentially aggressive pricing strategy and a lack of flexibility. Another feature, as perceived by customers, is the difficulty in confirming part availability over the phone, with repeated calls yielding no definitive answers. This suggests a communication or inventory management challenge that can lead to frustration and wasted time for prospective buyers. The recurring theme across the negative reviews is a perceived arrogance in customer interactions and a business approach that may not prioritize convenience or fair dealing. It is important for potential customers to be aware of these reported experiences when considering Century Motors for their auto parts needs.

Given the nature of the available customer feedback, specific promotional information from Century Motors is not directly provided in a positive light. The reviews do not highlight any special offers, discounts, or incentives. Instead, the "promotional" aspect, from the perspective of the customer experiences, appears to be characterized by perceived price inflexibility and challenging customer service interactions. For local users in Philadelphia, PA, seeking an "Auto Repair Station" for parts, it is advisable to approach Century Motors with caution and potentially verify part availability, condition, and pricing explicitly before making a visit or commitment. Due to the very critical nature of the provided reviews, potential customers might consider comparing options and confirming details thoroughly before engaging in business with Century Motors. They can be contacted at (215) 726-0307 or +1 215-726-0307 during their operating hours for inquiries.

Century Motors Customer Reviews

It was the worst service in the world. The guy was arrogant. He wanted to sell me a part for the same price every one else was selling theirs but his was broken. When I asked to take $5 off he said 50.00. Then he said if I leave and come back it will go up in price 馃様. Arrogant sad people

been calling for two weeks about a part, lady on the phone still does not know if they have my parts there lol. This must be the place where all the stolen catalyic convertors go. seems like they want you to just show up, then they give you a rediculous price & just waste your time

Very bad customer service. I was calling for a rim and was told they would give me a call back in 20 min. Didn鈥檛 get a call back so I called back in 45 mins. I asked did they have my rim they said we have several I asked do they have my exact size and lug pattern and was told I have to come in. I explained I鈥檓 coming from 2 hours away it don鈥檛 make sense for me to come if you鈥檒l don鈥檛 have the exact size. Gave my exact size and lug pattern both parties I spoke to on phone was very rude

That's what they do with cars when they take them away! They give papers to sign before picking up the car! Be careful and don't contact these people!

I will never do business with them again. They with the help of Philadelphia police neighborhood services division stole 3 of my cars and tried to say they were abandoned etc even tho I was on seen willing to renew my registration online and or tow my vehicle myself etc. Their tow truck driver driving a black flatbed almost ran me over. Wouldn't allow me to retrieve my property, tools, clothes , my custom radio, my cars had 20 inch rims etc When I called to see how much it was to retrieve my 3 vehicles less than two weeks after them being taken the lady that answered the phone told me they "crushed" my cars and it was too late to retrieve them that was Feb 12th when I called they said they crushed and sold my vehicles for parts on the 10th which is my BIRTHDAY! Then not only that some how my license plate that was still on my car when they took it ended up on another vehicle on Roosevelt boulevard getting speeding tickets in my name! And I could barely even fight the tickets still have a court date on November. I'm really pissed and I've done a lot of business with them. If I were you I wouldn't support companies with predatory practices
