Terrible customer service experience. The car review was a total upscale scheme. They wanted to replace my electronic board for one button that needs to be cleaned and still works (>$1000). Then claimed my seatbelt that does not work is not under warranty because it is blocked by food when I can literally see the missing piece and there’s is no food lodged in it ($500). So disappointing you think you pay top dollar to receive great customer service and a quality vehicle.

Always a great experience with this dealership! Everyone was kind, courteous, and very informative about the service on my Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4. They usually get me in and out fairly quickly for a dealership and I appreciate the wash after. Car is returned looking as clean as the day I bought it! Would highly recommend!

My service guy, George makes having to come in, a total breeze! He is so respectful, he holds doors for you and is just professional. I really appreciate George. Sam is always fantastic too. He can fix any problem you are having with the radio or keeping the car running when you get out. (He teaches me!) I can only give 5 stars but both of these fellas deserve 10 🌟
