I will give this company ZERO, I called several times just to get the 2nd appointment; I was told that Jo(they have 2 people name Jo) will call me back never received a call back; they charged me already for the half job just to go look at the window. I got tired of calling and going nowhere. I still have not received my receipt that I was told it will be emailed to me (it has been 2 weeks). Customer service is so poor; unprofessional cannot commit to a call back. I will not recommend this company - UNPROFESSIONAL, POOR SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION.
