It is so refreshing to work with complete competence and knowledge. Mark has been taking care of our old Volvo for seven years now. It was making a strange noise, so I brought it in. He open the hood, said that doesn’t sound right, listened and looked at a couple things, and then identified the problem. He showed the part with metal shavings, explained what went wrong, ordered the part and fixed it within a week. He knows Volvos and is honest and straightforward. Just awesome!

Since 1985 I have been taking my Volvo(s) to the Burton Automotive family for service and repair. First, my 1973 Volvo, 244 which ran like a Sherman tank. Following that, a series of Volvo's through the ages till now, my Volvo S60. Through-out - excellent for telling me which repairs can wait and what should be done now. And now, remarkable as it sounds - my Grandmother's favorite mechanic in the world -Richard - now works for Burton Automotive. American cars, trucks, Volvo's - if it's got four wheels and a motor bring it in. Got to go- I have a one o'clock appointment today. (sigh). P.S. If your car is making strange sounds - you can just drive by their shop and scare your car into sounding like a Rolls Royce. I don't know how they do that.
