Place isn’t bad if you’re looking to get a car but if your trying to get your car serviced prepare to be there for HOURS. My appointment was set for 12pm and didnt end up leaving until well after 4pm. If you’re looking for somewhere to waste your time come here... also Marcos S. is a very rude representative. Steer clear of him. 1/23/25 - update It’s official I will never lease from this place again. Unprofessional and the service here is below sub-par. 3 hrs waiting for a NYS inspection is deranged. Steer clear of this location seriously lease from literally anywhere else.

Every time I take my car for complementary included service it takes 1.5 to 2 hrs for oil change and safety check. Front desk are not friendly. when I went to check with them after waiting one and half hr if the car is ready, told me it's not but then I noticed my car is outside so I tried to tell him it's outside, he got defendant and tells me that I am delaying him and was very unprofessional and kept me waiting for another 30 min for him to finish the paperwork. Really disappointed and will never come back for service in this place even for free.

Donovan is a superhero, ask for him if you need help. Our baby girl was just born and I did not have the mental space to think about our car, but I also didn't want to risk anything being wrong with the car and put our baby at risk. He totally calmed me down and made sure we were taken care of. I am genuinely not used to having such human kindness when dealing with auto issues, it really took me back and has stuck with me. I just want y'all to know how much this meant to me, and how unexpected it was, and how thankful I am that I had this interaction!

I was very pleased at the time it took for my car to have maintanence/recall repairs done on it. Wait time minimal and waiting room is very nice. Costomer service personnel were informative and pleasent.

They removed my original review I guess but they are very stingy with the complimentary service. Only accepting to do it every 10k miles after the first oil change which is absurd as that’s terrible for the engine. Other Hyundai dealers in Westchester do it every 5-7k for reference. Only took my car there one time for an inspection and I was there for 3 hours. Garage workers also aren’t nearly as polite or helpful compared to other dealerships where they walk me to my car after the service was done. At this dealership after the 3 hour wait I was given the keys and had trouble finding my car since they parked it all the way in the back behind other cars. Terrible experience overall would not recommend.
