Ccc Racing Introduce

Located at 117 Morris Rd, Schenectady, NY 12304, USA, **CCC Racing** is an establishment that operates within the broader "Auto Repair Stations" platform category, though its specialization leans heavily towards automotive performance, customization, and tuning rather than general auto repair. They provide specialized services and goods for enhancing vehicle performance and aesthetics. For direct contact, CCC Racing can be reached at (518) 435-0644 or via mobile at +1 518-435-0644.

The **environment** at CCC Racing, based on customer feedback, appears to be a dual-faceted one, typical of a performance tuning shop. On one hand, there is evidence of a capable technical environment where complex modifications like turbo installations and engine tunes are performed, leading to "phenomenal" car performance. This suggests a workspace equipped with specialized tools, diagnostic equipment for engine management systems, and possibly a dynamometer for tuning. Such an environment would need to be organized and professionally maintained to handle high-performance vehicle work. On the other hand, the customer service aspect of the environment, particularly concerning communication and order fulfillment for parts, appears to be an area of significant concern for some customers. While the technical side is capable, the administrative or customer-facing part seems to lack consistency, leading to frustration regarding response times and order status. This suggests that while the physical shop might be geared for high-level automotive work, the overall customer interaction environment needs improvement to match the quality of the technical services provided.

CCC Racing's core **services** are strongly oriented towards automotive performance and customization. Based on the customer reviews, their primary offerings include:

  • **Performance Tuning:** This is a significant aspect, with a customer explicitly mentioning "Alberto made that possible" and the "car runs phenomenal on his tune." This involves optimizing engine parameters, fuel delivery, and ignition timing for increased horsepower and torque, often after modifications like turbocharging.
  • **Turbo Installation:** The mention of "turbo it" and the car running strong after a tune suggests they perform or facilitate the installation of forced induction systems.
  • **Custom Part Installation:** The reviews specifically mention "sunroof delete" installations and the customer needing a "custom 10 point roll cage" installed. This indicates that they handle the installation of various aftermarket and custom components designed to enhance a vehicle's performance or modify its appearance.
  • **General Auto Services (Implied):** While their specialty is performance, an "Auto Repair Station" would typically also offer basic maintenance and general repair services to complement their performance work. This might include oil changes, brake services, and general diagnostics, though these are not directly highlighted in the provided reviews. Their focus is on high-end modifications that often require a foundational understanding of standard vehicle mechanics.
Their services cater to enthusiasts looking to significantly upgrade their vehicle's capabilities beyond factory specifications.

Several **features** of CCC Racing emerge from the customer feedback, though they present a mixed picture. A standout positive feature is their **technical expertise in performance tuning**, specifically highlighted by "Alberto's tune" which resulted in a "phenomenal" running car that "still runs strong." This indicates a high level of skill in engine optimization and performance enhancement. Their capability to handle complex installations like turbochargers and custom roll cages also points to a strong technical foundation and specialized equipment. However, a significant area of concern and a prominent feature, albeit negative, is their **customer service and communication**. The reviews repeatedly detail issues with delayed shipping, lack of response to inquiries (phone, email, text), inconsistent information, and "attitude via TEXT." The separation between the "tuning shop" and "sales" also appears to be a point of confusion and frustration for customers, leading to a fragmented service experience. While the quality of the actual performance work seems high, the overall customer journey, particularly regarding ordering parts and receiving updates, needs substantial improvement. The long wait times for parts and the need for persistent follow-up detract from an otherwise positive technical capability. The "unprofessional and disappointing" communication is a key negative feature that impacts customer satisfaction despite the technical prowess.

Regarding **promotional information**, CCC Racing, given its niche in performance and customization, would likely focus its promotions on showcasing their technical capabilities and successful projects, rather than traditional discounts on routine services. While specific, active promotions are not detailed in the provided reviews, potential promotional strategies could include:

  • **Showcase of Completed Projects:** Featuring "before and after" photos or videos of turbocharged cars, custom builds, and tuned vehicles on their website or social media to demonstrate their expertise and the results they can achieve.
  • **Performance Tuning Packages:** Offering bundled services for specific performance upgrades, such as turbo kits with dyno tuning included, to attract enthusiasts.
  • **Participation in Car Shows or Racing Events:** Attending or sponsoring local automotive events to build brand recognition and connect with their target audience.
  • **Customer Testimonials (Positive):** Highlighting success stories, like the turbo Accord, to build credibility for their technical work.
  • **Online Presence:** Maintaining an active social media presence to engage with the performance community, share technical insights, and announce new capabilities or products.
  • **Custom Quotes for Specialized Work:** Emphasizing that complex performance modifications require personalized consultations and bespoke pricing.
Customers interested in performance tuning or custom installations are advised to contact CCC Racing directly at (518) 435-0644 or visit them at 117 Morris Rd, Schenectady, NY 12304, USA, to discuss their specific project requirements. It is recommended that potential customers also inquire about realistic timelines for parts procurement and project completion, given the feedback on communication and shipping delays, to manage expectations effectively.

In conclusion, CCC Racing in Schenectady, NY, operates as an "Auto Repair Station" with a distinct specialization in high-performance automotive tuning and custom modifications. While they possess strong technical expertise, evidenced by successful engine tunes and custom installations, their customer service and communication practices, particularly concerning parts orders and updates, are areas that require significant improvement according to customer feedback. For enthusiasts prioritizing raw performance gains and complex modifications, their technical prowess may be appealing. However, managing expectations regarding communication and project timelines would be crucial for a positive experience. They are a suitable choice for those seeking specialized performance enhancements, but with an awareness of the potential challenges in customer interaction.

Ccc Racing Customer Reviews

TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a carbon fiber sunroof delete for one of my vehicles, it took FOREVER to ship. The tracking number was generated but a week had passed and it never updated. When I reached out to inquire via phone call, email AND text - no response. I had to call the TUNING shop, which they said they don’t know anything and they don't have anything to do with sales. I requested a refund online. Coincidentally, someone messages me back on FACEBOOK and says I cannot get a refund because I already had the product. We go back and forth via FB messenger, then person just stopped responding to me. All of a sudden the tracking number updated. 3 weeks after ordering, I got the product. Nothing impressive, but it got the job done. When I needed another sunroof delete, against my better judgement I placed another order. (This time a month before my car was set to be ready). It took 2.5 weeks to arrive, and it was damaged. They said they would send out a replacement. Put it this way .. I ordered and installed a custom 10 point roll cage and dropped my car off at the paint shop before I even got a tracking number. My car has been gutted, inside and out and almost done being painted …. And my tracking number hasn’t been updated. When I reached out to inquire I was given the run around AGAIN. After finally getting a hold of someone, I was met with attitude via TEXT. Still waiting on my sunroof delete … This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received from a business. I have been nothing but polite in my communications and theres no reason for the way they respond. Just unprofessional and disappointing.

The team at CCC did an excellent job on my 99' Accord. My goal since buying the car was to turbo it and Alberto made that possible. The car runs phenomenal on his tune. Thanks a lot. EDIT; car still runs strong !
