Each time, I immediately contacted Michael Sager, the assistant manager, and he was very thorough, extremely helpful & friendly. He ensured that my issues were resolved immediately, while I waited very briefly in the customer center.

I took my vehicle in for a warranty issue for a prior repair where they did not fix a door properly. I was thoroughly disappointed with the very icy and unfriendly service by Corey. He refused to provide a rental. Mike did not call to tell me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I had to email once and call twice and spoke to the reception desk. I’m very disappointed in this almost billion dollar company. The rental desk however was great and charged me one less day because they felt bad. I’m hoping they did it properly this time or I’ll most certainly be back again for fix #3.

Took my car there for an insurance claim repair. Just picked it up today and so far I'm very happy with the quality. There were a couple other spots that they were also able to fix for me in addition to the insurance work. Communication was good, and time to fix was reasonable considering the state of the world currently and getting parts. Edit: reducing 1 star. I had a second experience the following week with a different car for them to fix an issue that was found on a new car we bought from Lia Hyundai. The repair itself was completely fine. The only issue was the loaner car we received smelled of smoke to the point of giving me a headache. I didn't address it immediately because I was initially unsure until driving it a few minutes and it becoming apparent. I wasn't turning around as I had to get to work. I called a couple hours later and was told they'd drive to me to swap it out. That never happen. So in the 3 days we had the loaner we went out of our way to not use it once other than picking it up and returning it.

After being in an accident and bringing my car to Lia Collision Center for repair, my first point of contact was Travis Jansen. He was so helpful! Travis was not only knowledgeable about the repairs, but guided me through the steps I needed to take at that time re. Insurance, paperwork, etc. This was so very helpful at a very stressful time. Anytime I needed to call for updates he was always so kind and pleasant. Thank you Travis and Lia Collision Center.

first time went referred by insurance. Mike A treated me well and understanding my hard of hearing. place is clean. gave right estimate and repairs to my Frontier passenger bed side and wheel. Came out beautiful. be nice if they detailed washed whole truck than area they repaired. I gave 5 star , great job on bodywork. Dropping off for estimate, and repairs. friendly front desk when dropping off rental and picking up my truck. any collision i would recommend going there.
