Cary’s Auto is such a great business! Cary and Chris have been servicing my car for years and what I love most is that they treat my car like it’s their own car. They give an honest assessment and you can know that if they say something needs to be repaired or replaced, it really does. If something will need to be replaced in the future but not that day, they will let you know. Cary’s Auto was an absolute dream—at least, as far as bringing your car to the shop can be! The team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to get my car running and the A/C blowing again!! I genuinely trust them and really appreciated their patience with me throughout the process. They didn’t take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, and that honesty goes a long way. Cary’s is my local, nearby mechanic shop and I'm so glad i found it! Been coming to carys auto and working with chris the service advisor for a couple years now. They repaired & replaced my catalytic converter during the pandemic thefts, they have serviced my Tacoma for 100k, and they keep my truck running well for maintenance oil changes every 5k miles. Recently my check engine light came on, i took it in and they were able to diagnose the problem and offer the repairs. Chris is easy to reach via text, and he's direct with his communications which i appreciate. Great shop, trusted staff there, and quality service. They keep my loved “gunnie” running tip top!
