I’m very pleased with my experience with CARSTAR Robert’s. Matt kept me updated along the way and was very transparent about the whole process of repair. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and the rental car provider. I will definitely return here if needed and would recommend it to anyone!

Well since I have gotten my car back the first time as I drove away it pulled to the right. It took another week to get my car because the party who hit me had to approve the alignment. I have gotten my car back and it seems like there is a short in the battery connection. I really feel like this would seem like I am looking for things still wrong with my car. I am not, I am hesitant to reach out but I really just want my car to perform like it did before my accident. Not happy at all.

I am beyond satisfied with the service. Matt communicated with me throughout the process and gave me all the information I needed and great suggestions and tips. Front desk lady (who recently started, sorry I cannot remember her name) was so kind and friendly I felt so welcomed. She made me want to talk to her (which we did). Everyone at the shop was very professional. My car looks impeccable. Though the accident was minor, it was my first one, and I was bummed out. Getting my car fixed at Roberts Collision was silver lining. I took my sad looking car with its bumper hanging with a bungee cord, and in two weeks, my 8-year -old car came back looking brand new. I am so grateful for all the work each person, mechanic, bodywork specialist, detailer, has done for my car. I fell in love with it all over again. I will definitely let everyone know how great you all are.

Brought my car in for a minor collision damage repair, covered by my insurance. State Farm listed them as a preferred repair shop, and I was fully satisfied: these people are extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. Never worked with an operation that was so on top of every step of the process, keeping me fully informed on the progress. Almost makes me want to get into another fender bender so I can marvel at their quality

This was an excellent experience. My car was hit by one of my neighbors and Robert’s went above and beyond with the repair. They not only fixed the part of my car that was hit but also prepared touch up paint and repaired other things as well. Matt my estimator was excellent as well notifying me of any updates while trying to get the best quality parts and service for my car. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

I used this business because it was an AAA recommended location. When I first went in, the person who checked it put and gave me a quote was friendly and knowledgeable, she assured me that she would call me with a time to set up the date for me to drop it off by that night or the next day. I never received a call back. About 6 months later I finally realized how long it had been and called them back. I found out that the person I talked with previously was no longer there. The new person I talked to ordered the parts, and set up an appointment with me with in a couple of hours of when I first called. They got me scheduled and fixed the car in a reasonable amount of time. When I got it back they'd done an amazing job, and they had detailed the I inside and outside as well. I am very happy my car looks brand new again! Whenever I went into the building everyone was friendly and happy to help. They even work closely with Enterprise so you can get picked up and taken to the rental car company, to get your car. When you pick up your car, you can actually leave your rental with them for Enterprise to come and get. It made dealing with an extra car much easier. Carstar also included a small sample of the paint they used on my car, so I can do touch ups if my paint gets dinged. The first experience wasn't very good. But the second time was much better.

This is the second time we have used Robert’s through our insurance. They have always been communicative, efficient, and thorough. Even their waiting area (only a few minutes) was spotless and welcoming. Obviously, no one enjoys getting in a collision, but coming here softens the blow.

Good service and fast turnaround. Found some flaws in the paint that they fixed immediately and it came out looking great! Was worried due to it being a very hard to find color for a rare car but they got it right
