I received excellent service from My and his team. I had last minute car concerns just prior to leaving town and My was able to identify and resolve all of them expertly and efficiently. My and his team did a wonderful job at ensuring my vehicle was safe to travel and I was back on the road quickly. I am beyond pleased with how they were able to professionally address all of my concerns, quickly identify issues and expertly determine the most efficient solutions. Our car started making a horrible whirring sound just as we were set to get on the highway for a 2.5 hour trip home. Since we had a newborn in the car, we decided to see if a mechanic could take a look to determine if it was safe to drive. Since we aren’t from the area, we started calling down the list of Google results. It was late in the day and many said "no." However, My said that if the car needed a part, he likely couldn’t get it that evening, but he could take a look and help us decide if it was worth risking a trip home. My was incredibly friendly and thorough throughout his inspection. He quickly identified the issue and helped us make the decision to stay another night in Monterey. Another mechanic could have easily taken advantage of us in the this situation, but his price was fair and his work was quick! We were back on the road at the expected time the next day. We feel so fortunate that he was there to help us! We highly, highly recommend My for anyone needing a kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled mechanic!

We have been putting off some routine repairs and when our A/C went out we knew it was time. My Auto Repair was efficient, was able to complete the repairs quickly and correctly, and gave us a fair price. I highly recommend using this auto repair shop. They are a family owned and run business which is always a plus.

Kind of a ripoff. I sent my girlfriend to get an oil change there. I called ahead of time and confimed the price to be $75. They told her she had a flat and fixed it without confirming for $55, when other places will repair flats for free (like America's Tire). They then charged her $138 for an oil change for a small sedan (so expensive!!). This place is a huge ripoff and did an overpriced repair without confirmation of price. I'm sure they do fine work here, but if you don't know exactly what you want and aren't prepared to tell them, I'd avoid this place.

Genuinely the best experience for car work I’ve ever had and it isn’t even close. This is a Top tier family-owned and operated business.
