Had a huge screw in my tire, Big Brand told me it wasn’t fixable. Brought it to Joe a few days later and had his guys fix it fast and easy. He also helped me out back in April with some new tires on our truck and was great to work with then. And got me a great deal. Never going anywhere else for my needs! Thanks so much again.

Went to Carrolls out of convenience because it was closer to work. Never again. I requested they put my good tire back in my car so I could keep it. They instead placed my spare in my trunk instead of under my car where it should go making me believe that they left the tire I had requested at first glance. When I got home I realized it wasn’t. we called and the man that answered was less than helpful all he said was “I don’t know bro.” That tire is technically my property and if I requested it I should’ve received it. Will stick to big brand from now on.

I try to shop local shops and keep my money here. I have been to this Carrolls many times over the years and usually buy 4 tires at a time with all the bells and whistles. So when a tire that should’ve been covered under warranty all of a sudden was not I would think they would help me out. They did give me a 20$ credit but couldn’t tell me why it wasn’t covered. Moral of the story just go to a nationwide brand you’ll probably get the kind of service and loyalty

My son took his truck there to get lowered dropped it off Monday. Still don’t have the truck and it’s Wednesday being promised it will be done every day. It’s not done they have the wrong parts come Thursday I still don’t have my truck and all they do is laugh when I call because I’ve spent $3800 to get my truck lowered my son‘s truck lowered and still don’t have the truck and just being laughed at Offered nothing to accommodate my services. Had to walk to go get a rental then when we go to get the rental that he’s too young to get the rental when they knew how old he was when they took his money but besides the fact, don’t take your truck there our car. Got a set of Goodyear tires about 3 weeks ago from Carroll’s. When I left I asked if there was any warranty and I was told “as long as you get your free rotations every 5,000 miles, then the tires will be guaranteed.” Less than 3 weeks and only a few hundred miles I get a bubble in my tire, no big deal, happened to me before. Took it back and they said I didn’t get road hazard coverage so I have to purchase a new tire…. Told me there was damage to the tire and when I asked them to show me the damage and he pointed to a little dirt spot on the WHEEL not the tire and there’s no damage to my wheel either it was just some dirt (truck was pretty dirty at the time). And when I disputed that he said well it didn’t leave here like that or else you would have noticed sooner, but the bubble is pretty small and he himself couldn’t find it until I pointed it out to him….. stay away they sell bunk tires apparently and won’t back the product they sell.

I was a long time resident of Tulare and wanted to keep "business" in town. I regret it now because I expected better customer service. The service and advice was not at all to my satisfaction. To have specific questions answered was "like pulling teeth". Ramon seemed to be insecure in giving me proper or direct answers. I then asked Joe to intervene in what brand of tire I should invest in but his response was hesitant also. I left the shop frustrated - especially after spending over $1500.- PS: the mechanic though seems to have done a good job!
