Dropped my truck off for a full paint job plus body work. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a shop. I took it in the beginning of October and he was very friendly and easily lead us on to believe everything was going to go smooth and told us it would be done in 1 month. I didn’t pick my truck up until 12/4 and towards the very end he tried sticking me with extra fees. Very bad customer service, terrible communication, and so unprofessional. Just within the week of me having it back, I noticed he broke one of my keys, my tailgate doesn’t latch, and my right side window doesn’t work anymore. I suggest you take your business elsewhere as you can most likely pay less and have way better customer service.

Fantastic Experience with no problems Isais Paint and Body shop did an excellent job. The shop has excellent communication and does a wonderful job on my car as you can see in the before and after photos. We will come here for our next auto repairs.

This is a very good shop excellent customer service, and super helpful they took my truck in and with patience and time the truck was fixed. Excellent communication with the customers. They are very observant of what needs to be fixed and they do high quality work, as well as work with your insurance. If I ever need their assistance in something for my vehicles again I would most definitely go back 100% due to outstanding work and hospitality.
