If I could give negative stars I would…got told by tomah advance auto, mauston carquest would exchange a part for me under warranty because it was closer. Now because I live in mauston this worked amazing, but GREG at carquest refused to let me exchange it even tho tomah AA said he would…now I’m driving an hour round trip because GREG doesn’t know the customer service is always first…I will never go back to carquest and I hope his district manager see’s this…extremely rude to me and now I will not go back there..

The big guy acted as if he had to go out of his way when I asked for something! I also called ahead to have parts ready, and had no clue where they were put. They wound up being right by the register! Lack of communication!
