What can I say, the guys from this workshop love their job. Above all, they love helping you even if it brings challenges. The front brakes on our old German motorhome (Mercedes Benz Vario, built in 1994, 7.5 tons) were completely broken. We shipped the brakes and shock absorbers from Germany to Abraham's workshop because it is very difficult to order them here in the USA and the guys installed them on the street. Although they were not familiar with the technology and lacked special tools, they managed to install the brakes.(btw. Our air conditioning was also checked and repaired!)Thanks to the whole team for their passion and support.

Abraham and the gentleman Carlsbad Village Mercedes, Volvo & BMW by GARLO went above and beyond the call of duty and repaired a leak on our Volvo and helped us diagnose the issue. Trustworthy quality local shops are hard to come by so even though we were far from home im saving their location if we are ever in the area and need car help

Abraham (Owner) and Miguel ( MBZ Tech) offered for FREE to check out out our non-functioning wipers on our MBZ. They did this after we received horrible service from Carlsbad Auto Service. Abraham said he doesn't want the industry to get a bad name. Left car there and Miguel was able to run full scan to determine we were give wrong information by Carlsbad Auto Service. He also installed a fuse box cover, a relay and a wiper that was left in the front seat. We picked up today and Miguel showed us video of the parts not being put back on and gave us a explanation of the problem. I want to emphasize this was all for FREE! Being from the industry as a former Mgr. for Firestone I gave Miguel some $$ and paid for a pizza lunch for the shop. If you're looking for great car care from a honest repair shop I highly recommend this Team!

Great shop! I usually go to the dealer after stealing a used C300 from Calabasas Benz to keep it like new, but relocated to this area and found the local dealers estimate for an oil change to be bombastic. I read reviews and made an educated decision to bring the car to these experts. There was quite a lot to do but I found no push back when I wanted to call the old dealership to confirm dates of previous work. Turns out that Ralph and his team were accurate on their suggestions of maintenance based on me verifying my records. I like itemized receipts and that's what I got through a text with an easy approval process I also received a printed receipt for my records . Ralph is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I got everything done at a great price and it was done in the same day! Keep your vehicle maintained and it will run forever!
