Amazing customer service from service representatives, the low review has nothing to do with customer service and is about how hard it is to schedule an appointment online and what express service is to capital toyota. To use the service sceduling function you have to select multiple different service writes just to see what appointments are available available within a day making it unclear if you scheduled the earliest availabe appointment. I think the options within the service would confuse many as it is asking about interior and exterior exact part replacement. Also not sure if the company should be advertising express service. When I showed up this morning a representative of the service department let me know it could be hours to wait for an oil change, and this was for a person who showed up and was even told this before they open at 7!?!?!. If you do not schedule an appointment and show up for express service, expect to wait hours is the companies as this is the definition of express the company provides. Hopefully capital can address this in the future as everything else about this company is 5 star so far. The sword upstairs should tottaly be brought down for customers to have the chance to appreciate I ended up raising this to 3 star as the time was actually way better than advised in the beginning. However the sceduling feature still needs work. If you get a chance to work with David Marquez he is an amazing individual and will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

Shout out to the salesmen Abraham! who has been so patient with us and willing to do anything to make sure the vehicle we purchase is the one that we would buy! Recently we lost our 2019 sequioa and looking into new vehicle , Abraham was very knowledgable and not a pushy salesman like i would see in other dealership! Would recommended him to anyone!

I brought my Toyota in for an oil change on 8/30 and when I left the air conditioning is completely broken. It's extremely disappointing when I bring my vehicle in for a basic service, and leave with it being in worse condition than when I brought it. I'm hopeful that the dealership will do something to make it right. Update: the dealership did nothing to make it right. Every time I bring my car here for maintenance it leaves with something new wrong or broken. Customer service is also terrible. When I pull in with my car they ignore me for about 10 minutes until I have to approach an employee to ask to be helped even though I set an appointment ahead of time just as they ask. 0/5 stars, I hate it here.
