I have been coming over to Isreal since 2020 we have had not a single complaint. First time was a engine rebuild and ever since small to big repairs go to calo-tech. Very professional, good service at good price.

For small jobs, this is the place to go. But for quality professional detailed work, this place is far from it. Promised a professional Cat engine rebuild, 4 weeks later, engine half painted, and wrong CAT yellow, looks like a elementary school kid spray painted the engine with over spray, has tie wraps were bolts and clamps once were when brought in, with existing clamps still on the hose. Old fuel hose line still in place next to the new hose, 28% of the parts are not aligned as before taken apart. Had to tell them to put parts back on that were left off, and had to help instruct how the part fit. Picked up truck after 4 weeks of haggling over time it's taking to complete the work, only to drive out of the parking lot around the corner to bring it back smoking, no power, busted antifreeze hose and noises that were never heard of prior to bringing it to this shop. My truck ran better and stronger with a blown gasket spewing white smoke than when this shop rebuilt my engine. There's no way looking at my engine, and the performance of my engine, seem rebuilt. Had I not seen the new pistons, liners in place, as well as the head on the engine hoist, could I even say it was even touched. Now out 5 weeks, paid for the work, now looking to get an attorney. You've been warned!!!

This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! shop I've ever done business with. If I could post pics of the work they did, they wouldn't be able to change oil. They have uncertified technicians working on commercial engines, that take parts off and dont remember how they took them off, and put them back loose or leave off the part. The owner gives nothing but excuses as to why the service I received was far below what he sold me on. He is operating on an expired business license that expired 10/31/2018. After 5 weeks of an engine rebuild, that shouldve taken 7days, it ran better when I had a blown head gasket and cracked head. No new hoses, no new belts, manifold not torque to specs, cylinder head installed so far out of tune, instead of placing my original clamps, everything is replaced with tie wraps, multiple unprofessional things were done that is costing the same amount to fix. And the owner isnt trying to fix the issues that was done in his shop. Not a stand up business man whatsoever. No standards for quality or proud of what his work that reflects to the public. My engine looks like a 7th grader with a yellow spray can painted my engine with overspray. If Israel Cantu - Urbina was a stand up business man and corrected this wrong, it would show his true nature, however after knowing what he didnt do, and what he didnt correct, proves it for anyone. I'm warning anyone reading this....DONT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO THIS SHOP, YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I don't even know how this place is still in business with the poor bad customer service it provides. Before you choose this place please let it be because hell frozed over. I'm not going to get all into details but just know YOU BEEN WARNED!!! More bad reviews then good.
