Very Bad experience with Roberto collision body shop that Rich and he's helper run, Took my Silverado crew cab to them to get full paint job paid them what they wanted and then they tried giving my truck back undone and other things not paint as promised and talk about, then they Kept truck another 2 weeks to give it back for a week then paint starred cracking- pilling and bubbling right away. Took it back and they redid truck half ass that took another month and got it back a big mess, garbage everywhere and body Crude everywhere inside and out, interior steering wheel I big mess and Stained white spots on it plus dash and other stuff luckily I had seat cover on or seats would of been Messed up plus truck didn't have right side headlight working, found out the right side headlight wiring harness was burned from light bulb Lying on wiring harness burned threw. Everything you ask or talk about with this body shop just goes in one ear and out the other, they act like they care till you give them your vehicle and money Also ask for a rear slider window and they put a flat window in after it's talked about and paid for up front Plus I took them some new part's to put on and asked for my good used part's back and factory parts but never got anything back after asking them a couple times, missing alots little parts from truck and broken stuff, Ignored about everything and Not a very good body for my experience. Love my Truck but very sick to my stomach about it and don't know how long paint is going to last only been a week and Truck needs a Major full detail now. White over spray on utility and white crude in and out.

Got my car fixed here twice the owner is super nice and the prices are unbeatable I love the fast service my car is done is one or two days I love that since I'm very busy and need my car a lot I recommend this place

Best shop I’ve delt with , they have reasonable pricing ,doesn’t take months for a simple job like most shops do .And do great work !
