I can't say enough good things about this shop! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Ted, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of. He kept me updated with frequent check-ins, explained everything in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. It's rare to find such honest and reliable service these days, but Ted and the team truly exceeded my expectations. My car runs perfectly now. Highly recommend!

California Collision did an Amazing job repairing my car after being hit by an Amazon truck. They really made me feel at ease and confident that they could make my Lexus look brand new again. Ted Flores and the staff have outstanding customer service skills. They are very professional and efficient. After dismantling the damaged area, they discovered additional damage beyond what could be seen on the surface. Ted kept me updated with the progress and status of the repairs and completion date. I would definitely recommend California Collision Center to friends and family.

I would like to give a special thanks to the California Collision Center for doing a fantastic job, nonetheless very efficient and flawless repairs to my 2022 Toyota Tacoma. The communication and attention to detail resulted an outstanding result and I was able to return my rental before thanksgiving. Once again on behalf of my family, thank you guys! Absolutely amazing. The best experience I’ve had in my life with a mechanic/auto body shop. Ted was (and I can’t emphasize this enough) AMAZING from start to finish. I came after a bad experience with another mercury-approved shop in Carlsbad. The difference was night and day. Ted took an extremely frustrating experience for me and turned it in to a straightforward and simple process. You can tell that Ted truly cares about his customers and was incredibly honest and genuine throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and was there to answer any and all questions I had with a great attitude and genuine care. Communication was amazing. They make their customers a #1 priority. My car was also assessed promptly after bringing it in even though I didn’t give them much notice that I would be bringing it in. I’ll never take my car anywhere else but here from now on. Thank you so incredibly much. Huge shoutout to Ted, you’re awesome!!

I have been reading the reviews that people posted about California Collision. After my experience with this shop I understand all of the praise. This place is great! I don't know how I got so lucky to find theses guys but I am sure glad I did. Ted and Dee made the process of getting my vehicle fixed so easy and they did a fantastic job. If you need repairs, do yourself a favor and go to California Collision.
