From the moment I was assigned Caliber (partnered with my insurance company USAA) I was offered the highest level of service. I was informed about the entire process up front, every question I raised was addressed, and everything happened exactly as they outlined (if not faster, they beat original timeframe by 2 weeks+) I couldn't recommend the team more highly on the above alone, but it gets better. Their work speaks for itself (check out the photos) but it's as if I was never in an accident, and was just dropping the car off for a tuneup. They attained the ultimate in automotive service; to return the car to me in better condition than it was before the accident. Bravo, 5 stars, no notes! P.S. Special shout out to Brandon and the paint team for the assist!

Ironically, I chose Caliber Collision Tempe based in large part on all these reviews. But sadly my experience was not 5 star. I was informed my Nissan was ready. When I got to the shop it was not. And the patch work on the bumper was rough and visible. The cover under the car was not replaced as I was told and was bolted in place. The windshield patch was not good either. The free touch up on the passenger side not done. I reviewed all this with the rep who agreed and apologized. I left without my car but was able to return a few days later. The second time it was complete and the work acceptable. They did the free touch up but it was nothing special. They should have done it right considering the bad job they did and lied about replacing parts like the under car cover that was not the first time, yet charged as it had been!! Ultimately, it was replaced and the other work done. Honestly, State Farm and I got a bad deal that cost nearly 5k. Would not recommend.

This shop is phenomenal! Brought my car in to repair front end damage. Received my car about a week later in brand new condition looking better than when I bought it. Brandon was very transparent on the process and took care of me with my insurance company. Their staff does incredible work. Couldn’t be happier with the work they performed!
