Extremely courteous, excellent communication and they finished my car earlier than promised. My car looks like brand new again. They treated me with respect and were transparent with information regarding what was going on with my car and dealing with insurance, etc. I hope my car doesn't get in an accident again, but if it does, I will take it to Caliber without a second thought.

Best customer service I've ever received... ANYWHERE! I was updated at least twice a week. Everyone from beginning to end was kind and professional. Matt and Bill are awesome. My son was just in an accident last night. I had his car towed to Caliber. I hope to never need them after this, but if I do, they've got a customer for life!

Missed blatantly obvious damage, poor fitment, and godawful paint with tons of dirt in it. Argued with me about the missed damage and seen no issue with the poor quality of work and fitment of panels.Do yourself a favor and go next door to Lafontaine Collision. They fixed all the issues this shop caused. Avoid Calliber like plague.
